  • Where can I see my points and how do I redeem them?

    In your customer area, you can check your points. When you want to redeem them, a unique code will be generated that you must use in the reservation process on our website www.apartmentbarcelona.com so that the corresponding discount is applied.

  • What will I get when I redeem my points?

    Depending on the number of points you have, you can exchange them for a discount for a future reservation. The more points you have, the greater the discount. Check our loyalty page to find out the corresponding discounts depending on the number of points.

    IMPORTANT: If you have points in your customer area that can be exchanged for a discount, if you do not redeem them in a future reservation, the new points you have earned will be added to those you already have accumulated. In case of achieving a total of more than 3,000 points, the amount of the discount is maintained. For example, if you have accumulated more than 3,000 points, and you book again without redeeming them, you will accumulate the points of the new reservation, but the amount of the discount will be the same, since more than 3,000 points correspond to the maximum discount.

    When redeeming points, all points available in your customer area will be used, regardless of the number of points accumulated. There is no option to choose how many points you can use, since the system would consume them completely. On the other hand, the new reservation would generate points that could be used in other future reservations.

  • How do I make sure I continue to earn points on future reservations?

    In order for your points to accumulate in your account, you must make all your future reservations with the same email address on our website www.apartmentbarcelona.com. By doing so, you will see your available points in your customer area.

  • Is there a deadline to redeem my points?

    Yes, there is a deadline. Your points are valid for 2 years. This time starts counting from the arrival date of the reservation made, and not from the moment the reservation was made.

  • What happens if I don't redeem my points on an upcoming reservation?

    Don't worry, your points will continue to be available in your customer area for when you want to use them, as long as the period to redeem them has not ended.

    Your points will be equivalent to the amount spent in EUROS, regardless of the currency you use to make the reservation.

  • On what amount does the discount for points apply?

    The discount is applied to the prepayment. This does not include the tourist tax or the refundable deposit.

  • Is the discount for points cumulative with other promotions?

    Unfortunately not. If there is an active promotion and you also have enough points to redeem for a discount, you must choose the promotion that suits you best.

    To take into account: the discounts cannot be used for reservation extensions or for relocations, if any.

  • Can I earn points with any reservation?

    The MY AB REWARDS program is only valid for tourist apartments with a GI reference, as long as the reservation has been made after the launch of the MY AB REWARDS loyalty program.
