The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, each with ample storage space for all your belongings. The first bedroom includes a double bed, while the second has two single beds — both rooms come with a TV. The two bedrooms are filled with natural light, thanks to their large windows. There are also 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet.
The building offers 2 communal swimming pools — one for adults with disabled access and one for children — along with a children’s playground, perfect for family enjoyment. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 230 meters (a 3-minute walk) from Platja de la Mora, where you’ll find a range of restaurants and cafés. A gym is located 300 meters from the apartment, and there is a bus stop just 5 minutes away on foot. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can reach the center of Badalona in no time. With the Rodalies train (R1) or bus (B7), it’s just 30 minutes to the heart of Barcelona, making this an excellent option for daily commuting.

If you are looking for a 100% local experience, you cannot miss the old town of Badalona, located in the center of the city, which 100 years ago was an old fishing district.
