The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and decorated with an exposed brick wall, adding authenticity and character to the space. There is also a bathroom with shower, featuring a modern design in red and white tones.
The apartment also offers a private terrace equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in the open air. The building also has a lift.

To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.
