The property has a comfy living area with sofa and TV. There is a bathroom completely tiled with
a contemporary finish. Beautiful white wash decor runs throughout the apartment, as well as exposed brick in the bedroom and on
some of the apartment walls.
There is a private terrace at the top of the building great for relaxing in the sun
or eating al fresco. There is also an elevator in the building.
The apartment is situated in the quirky and
multicultural hub of El Raval, a neighbourhood known for its great bars, independent shops, and buzzing nightlife. It is
also close to the city´s Gothic Quarter and the up and coming Sant Antoni neighbourhood.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.
