This apartment in Barcelona is located in the traditional seaside neighborhood of Barceloneta, just 130 meters from the beach, which is about a 2-minute walk. In the surrounding area, you´ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as good connections to the rest of the city.... 

The apartment is a double-height loft that combines modern finishes with original elements such as the volta catalana ceiling and exposed brick walls.

On the ground floor, the main living space includes a seating area with a sofa, a dining table, and a compact kitchen equipped with essentials for daily living: cooktop, extractor hood, fridge, and microwave.

The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine level, accessed via a metal staircase, offering a more private atmosphere. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine, all with simple, light-toned finishes.

The apartment is fitted with heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.... 

La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.

Apartment looks exactly like to picture and very clean. We can always contact host and respond very quickly. We landed at 0130 midnight, they provide flexible check in. We enjoyed the stay in AB apartment, very close to SAGRADA familia church. Clean apartment and lots of rooms. Welcome pack was appreciated having small oil, washing tablets etc. If you are thinking of visiting Sagrada familia church, I recommend booking in advance as entry ticket have sold out. But we visited markets and cable car, Stadium and had a great time in Barcelona!

El apartamento es grande y estaba muy limpio y ordenado. todo en general nuevo. La ubicación es excelente para quien quiere visitar lugares de alto interés y está muy a mano del metro. Está en el cruce de avenidas importantes y hay que tenerlo en cuenta si uno prefiere un lugar más tranquilo.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our group of 5! Every bedroom was great, the beds were comfortable, the living room was spacious and well stocked. It was so great having a washing machine after a long trip in Spain! Temperature was great with the common area AC's, and big windows to bring in a lot of natural light. No complaints at all! Easy 2 minute walk to the train that can take you to all parts of barcelona.
