This three bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in a comfortable setting that is located in the neighbourhood of Poble Nou. This beautiful apartment offers commodities such as WiFi, central heating and air-conditioning. On the first floor is the open plan living-dining room which has a modern design, that offers a sofa, television and lots of light. Just next to the sofa is the balcony, that gives you views of the street blow. This comfortable environment allows you and your guests a place to relax after a day exploring Barcelona. Its dining table also gives an area for you and your guests to enjoy a home-cooked meal together throughout the day.... 

Next to the open living dining is the fully equipped kitchen that provides all the essentials in a clean and well-planned space. Some of the amenities you can find here are the oven, hob and fridge which you can use to cook up some Spanish inspired meals. In addition to this, you can find all the crockery and utensils needed to cook in the kitchen.

Upstairs, we find the three bedrooms among the beautifully traditional features of the redbrick walls and the wooden ceilings. All bedrooms are bright spaces and compromise of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunkbed. All three have lots of space and provide cosy living for you and your guests.

The property has one complete bathroom that reflects the lovely design of this apartment. With a shower, you will be able to unwind and relax after a busy day in the city. In addition to this, there is a smaller second bathroom with a walk in shower provided.

Located in Poble Nou, puts you at a 14 minute walk away from the local´s favourite beach of Bogatell. In addition to this, you can find the Museu Can Framis de Barcelona art museum. This converted factory gives you a unique art museum experience only a 10 minute walk away. Furthermore, there is not a shortage of bars and restaurants here, as the neighbourhood is known for its seafood and relaxed nightlife. Regarding to transport connexions, you are only a 3 minute walk from the Poble Nou Metro stop which can quickly get you anywhere around the city.

Poblenou is Catalan for 'New Village', and is situated with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Historically, the area was one of the main industrial zones of the city, however today, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments, including the neighbourhoods of Vila Olímpica, where the athletes competing in the 1992 Olympics resided, and Diagonal Mar. The increase in new facilities alongside the town's proximity to the Barcelona beaches and excellent public transportation services, has brought many artists and young professionals to the Poblenou.... 

Rambla de Poblenou is the main avenue in the neighbourhood and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city centre. It has a great ambience and is home to many fantastic bars, cafés and restaurants.

The great esplanade of El Fòrum is located right near Poblenou, though technically in the Diagonal Mar area. This area is the site of many concerts, congresses and festivals in Barcelona, creating a lively, cultural atmosphere. The apartment was great! It had everything we needed including little welcome packs including salt, oil and tea/coffee. The air conditioning was great and worked quickly to cool us down as it was so hot outside! The virtual keys also worked well and opened the doors on first try every time. Auch Kleinigkeiten, die sonst anderswo oft nerven weil sie versagen, funktionierten wie z.B. das beim Duschen unmittelbar warmes Wasser kommt oder das die Klimaanlage/ Heizung ihren Dienst tadellos versieht oder das die Küchengeräte allesamt in Ordnung sind. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Sehr gut in Barcelonas Straßenschluchten: schallisolierende Fenster! Das Haus war auch insgesamt ruhig, was man in der Stadt oft nicht antrifft. Die Lage ist gut, viele Restaurants und Cafes sind in unmitelbarer Nähe, U-Bahn-Stationen ebenfalls. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt auch zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Excellent location, nice and quiet inside with some great eateries nearby. Metro close, but walkable to the main station and the Latin quarter too. We were on the top floor which is a bit of a slog on the stairs if the 3 to 4 person lift is busy , couch comfy but we found the bed quite firm. Was really nice, but it was expensive. I’m thinking Barcelona just is when it comes to accommodation. Ultimately, we loved Barcelona and would go back in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay in Barcelona. 4 mins to the Rocafort station and 7 mins to Poble Sec station making it very easy to move around Barcelona through Metro. Very clean, keyless entry was very useful and has AC. The place is exactly like the pictures. Great family neighborhood too.
