This one-bedroom apartment with a private terrace is located in the Gracia neighbourhood. With WiFi connection available and air conditioning, it offers everything you need to spend a few months in the wonderful city of Barcelona.... 

The living-dining room is open and has natural light thanks to the large windows that give access to the outdoor terrace. The room is cozy, with an exposed brick wall.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an oven, microwave as well as pots, pans and other utensils. There is also a small breakfast bar.

The bedroom is bright and has a double bed. In addition, it has enough storage space. From here, you can also go out and enjoy the private terrace. In the house there is also a full bathroom with shower and toilet.

Being located in Gràcia gives you the opportunity to live in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. This picturesque neighborhood is known for its multitude of squares, restaurants and bars, and shops. In addition, with public transport you can move to the rest of the city. As for the nearby places of interest, this apartment is located a few steps from Gaudí´s Park Güell, Casa Vicens and not far from the Bunkers of the Carmel, one of the best viewpoints in the city.

The beautiful neighbourhood of Gràcia can be found at the top of Passeig de Gràcia,just across the Avinguda Diagonal street. It is one of the most charismatic 'barrios' in Barcelona and a distinctive Catalan neighbourhood which reserves a small town ambience, inherited from its history as a town which was independent from Barcelona until the end of the 19th century.... 

Wandering through the small streets of this cosy area, you will find a plethora of charming restaurants, many of which boast fine international cuisine. Gràcia is also home to a collection of locally-owned designer boutiques, as well as a movie theatre showing films in English with subtitles.

Gràcia is popular among young residents and local students, but has managed to avoid many of the tourist crowds. As a result, its nightlife is lively and trendy, and the area is home to some fantastic bars with terraces.

Just to the north of Gràcia is Gaudí's famous Park Güell, from where you can catch some breathtaking views of the Barcelona skyline, including the nearby Sagrada Familia, the twin towers of Vila Olímpica, and the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The location was excellent for Parc Guell and it was a pleasant walk into the centre. We loved visiting the nearby bunkers too. The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable and the entry system and felt very secure. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and surprised how well we slept. The location was fine but with an elderly mother it was a little difficult to get around with her but overall the short stay was great. We thank Eva & Jacques for their professionalism, fantastic customer service and flexibility in allowing our daughter who lives there to collect the keys and return them to save us the journey going into town on the last day. We would all welcome working with Eva & Jacques again the next time we are in Barcelona visiting and thanks again for making our trip all that more enjoyable! :)
