Description

This three-bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample, with space for up to 6 people. With WiFi, air conditioning and heating it offers everything you need for a wonderful getaway to Barcelona.... 

The living room has plenty of natural light, and has an elegant design. You have the sofa and TV to relax after a day exploring the city. You will be able to admire the exceptional views of the Sagrada Familia from the windows.

As for cooking in the apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen for you and your guests. Here you can find a toaster, kettle and oven to prepare dinner with your guests. You will also find a dining table and chairs to use at mealtimes.

The apartment comes with six single beds. The bedrooms have plenty of natural light, are spacious and have plenty of storage space. In addition, there are two full bathrooms with showers. places of interest. For sightseeing, you are only a 2-minute walk from the old bullring of La Monumental, and only an 8-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are only an 11-minute walk from the Glòries Shopping Center and only 8 minutes by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From here you have access to Plaza Cataluña, and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. The apartment matches the photos! And the metro is literally 1 min away so really practical. The view on the cathedral is beautiful, and the balcony is really practical. Be careful cause the bedroom is on the Main Street - it gets really loud. The lady at the AB apartments was really nice and they were kind enough to take our luggage☺️ Thank you! Best regards

We enjoyed our stay at AB Apartment. It is 2min away from Monumental tube station, which made it easy to move around in the town. Everything was easy from check in to check out, via digital key. The flat looked better than in photos; it was recently refurbished and was perfect for our needs. The kitchen looked brand new with more than we usually see at Airbnb flats: kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, pots and pans and the usual plates, cutlery, glasses and mugs (more than enough for a family of 5). There was also a washing machine in the corridor which we used twice during our stay! Good mattresses as well. The staff was very responsive either via messages or on the phone. Overall great stay! Will gladly book again!
