Description

This three-bedroom apartment is found in the Eixample district, with space for up to 5 people. With WiFi and air conditioning it offers all you need for a wonderful break in Barcelona.... 

The open living-diner has lots of natural light from the window, and has a sleek design. You have the sofa & television to use to relax after a day spent exploring the city. Next to this space, you will find the dining table & chairs to use for meal times.

As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen for you and your guests to use. Here you can find a toaster, blender, and coffee machine, as well as an oven, hob and microwave to cook dinner with your guests.

The first bedroom has a double bed, and feels spacious and bright thanks to the window, and it also has a desk area and wardrobe space. The second bedroom also has a double bed and is spacious with lots of natural light too. Both beds can be converted into two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with a shower and another one with a toilet and sink.

Being located in Eixample offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona, close to all the best sights. For some sightseeing, you are just 2-minute´s walk from the old bull ring of La Monumental, and just 8-minute´s walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are just 11-minute´s walk from the Glòries Shopping Centre and only 8-minute´s by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From here you have access to the Plaça Catalunya, and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. You will also find plenty of great bars and cafés here, too, and if you decide to choose one of the many Barcelona apartments in Eixample Derecho for your stay, you will be able to easily explore the city, due to the neighbourhood's convenient, central location and excellent public transportation services.  Read more

Very nice aparment to stay ! Many beutifull hils where have amazing wiew and to Metro is near to walk down to hill , but always when we come back to aparment we choose to TaKe Bus number 86 😅 Staff are nice and very helpfull , first we have little problem with smart Key , but we just forget to open GPS in phone ! Only What i hope is better , maybe funiturne in balcony 👍👍 10+++ Tony

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Appartement très beau et propre, le balcon offre une jolie vue sur la ville. Le parking est un réel avantage à Barcelone! Très bonne communication avec l’agence qui répond au téléphone à toute heure et qui nous a appelé le lendemain de notre arrivée pour savoir si tout se passait bien. L’appartement est juste à côté du park guell (environ 8 minutes à pied), assez éloigné du centre ville mais les transports et les taxis sont accessibles facilement.

Fermata Bus vicinissima per raggiungere il centro e Barcelloneta. Anche la fermata della Metro e relativamente vicina (400m circa). Il problema è che al ritorno devi rifare tutta la strad in salita ( bella pendente) e dopo un giorno di camminata non era il massimo. Infatti dopo due giorni abbiamo scoperto che conveniva andare in metro e tornare in BUS. Ottimi i servizi di ristorazione nei dintorni, bar, Supermercati c'e' anche una Farmacia sotto casa che, sebbene nessuno si augura di andare, potrebbe essere utile.
