Description

This three-bedroom apartment is found in the Eixample district, with space for up to 5 people. With WiFi and air conditioning it offers all you need for a wonderful break in Barcelona.... 

The open living-diner has lots of natural light from the window, and has a sleek design. You have the sofa & television to use to relax after a day spent exploring the city. Next to this space, you will find the dining table & chairs to use for meal times.

As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen for you and your guests to use. Here you can find a toaster, blender, and coffee machine, as well as an oven, hob and microwave to cook dinner with your guests.

The first bedroom has a double bed, and feels spacious and bright thanks to the window, and it also has a desk area and wardrobe space. The second bedroom also has a double bed and is spacious with lots of natural light too. Both beds can be converted into two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with a shower and another one with a toilet and sink.

Being located in Eixample offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona, close to all the best sights. For some sightseeing, you are just 2-minute´s walk from the old bull ring of La Monumental, and just 8-minute´s walk from the Sagrada Familia. For shopping, you are just 11-minute´s walk from the Glòries Shopping Centre and only 8-minute´s by metro from the iconic Passeig de Gràcia. From here you have access to the Plaça Catalunya, and all the fantastic restaurants and bars in the area.

El departamento muy lindo, con todo lo que necesitas para hacer una estadia agradable, volveria a contactarlos para cuando vuelva a Barcelona, todo como esta en el anuncio, lo unico a la noche a una determinada hora se ve quen el edificio habia mucha juventud y a la vuelta de sus salidas se escuchaban muchos ruidos, pero haciendo un resumen la pasamos muy bien.

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. Apartamento muito espaçoso, 2 wc's dão muito jeito. Tem uma paragem de metro mesmo à saída do apartamento. Fica próximo da Sagrada Família, o que significa que não está bem no centro mas chega-se lá facilmente, quer de metro, quer a pé. O sistema de abertura com a app facilita muito e não tivemos que nos deslocar ais escritórios.

The apartment is very well located, easy-to find and close to metro stations. We had some issues with the electricity, but AB Apartment's managed to solve it within an hour while being extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean and spacious, we had a direct view of Sagrada Familia from the window of the living room which was spectacular.

Overall good stay! Good location only a short taxi ride from airport, central and the port/beach. 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms made getting ready and relaxing easier for the 6 of us and plenty of space for us to relax before heading out in the evening. Check in/out with the app was really easy and air-con was effective in keeping us cool! Would recommend for stays.
