This charming 1-bedroom apartment is located in Gràcia, and is just steps away from the famous Sagrada Familia. With WiFi connection, air conditioning, and central heating, it is the perfect place to enjoy a few days in the city of Barcelona.... 

In the living room, you will find a sofa, TV, and dining table, making it the perfect area to relax. Additionally, from here you have access to the incredible private terrace, where you can enjoy amazing views of the Sagrada Familia and make the most of the city´s excellent weather.

As for the kitchen of the apartment, it is fully equipped, complete with a microwave, oven, toaster, and coffee maker, among other utensils that you may need during your stay.

The property has 1 bedroom with sufficient storage space for your belongings. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with a shower and WC.

Being located in Gràcia, this apartment offers a really central location and is close to everything you may need. You will find many of the city´s iconic structures nearby the apartment, for instance, you are just a 7-minute walk from the famous La Sagrada Familia and only a 20-minute walk from Casa Milà-La Pedrera. Additionally, thanks to the excellent public transport connections you can explore the rest of Barcelona with complete ease. The beautiful neighbourhood of Gràcia can be found at the top of Passeig de Gràcia,just across the Avinguda Diagonal street. It is one of the most charismatic 'barrios' in Barcelona and a distinctive Catalan neighbourhood which reserves a small town ambience, inherited from its history as a town which was independent from Barcelona until the end of the 19th century.... 

Wandering through the small streets of this cosy area, you will find a plethora of charming restaurants, many of which boast fine international cuisine. Gràcia is also home to a collection of locally-owned designer boutiques, as well as a movie theatre showing films in English with subtitles.

Gràcia is popular among young residents and local students, but has managed to avoid many of the tourist crowds. As a result, its nightlife is lively and trendy, and the area is home to some fantastic bars with terraces.

Just to the north of Gràcia is Gaudí's famous Park Güell, from where you can catch some breathtaking views of the Barcelona skyline, including the nearby Sagrada Familia, the twin towers of Vila Olímpica, and the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment was basic but had a great view and was in a great location. It was an apartment building with a lot of study abroad students in the building. The amenities were accurately described and basic. You get what you pay for. I would recommend for a group of friends to stay there and go to barcelona to see the city and have a nice afternoon on the porch and see the view.

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (hat buchstäblich alles, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen) und die Gastgeber sind die besten und sind immer hilfsbereit und reagieren schnell auf Anfragen! :) Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Barcelona sind, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen.

Der Aufenthalt hat mir wirklich gut gefallen. Ich bin beruflich dort gewesen und habe deshalb alleine in der Wohnung gelebt. Das Umfeld ist angenehm ruhig und sehr sicher. Viele Studenten und junge Familien. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, ich war morgens innerhalb von 20 Minuten an Plaza Espanya. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, genau wie Bars, Restaurants und Imbisse. Meine Gastgeber waren sehr flexibel und nett und haben für alles vor Ort gesorgt. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung daher auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Genoten van het uitzicht vanaf het terras! Voor sightseeing is dit zeker een goede plek want je kan de Sagrada Familia meteen afstrepen omdat je er tegenaan kijkt. De tips die AB had gegeven waren ook goed, ik kom in de zomer zeker terug met AB naar Barcelona!
