The apartment has a charming, tucked-away living room just off of the kitchen, providing a homely nook to enjoy some down-time. The bedroom itself is spacious, complete with lots of crucial storage space to help facilitate your move.

The property has WiFi and air conditioning as well as lots of storage space, making your move all the easier. Its bathroom is fitted with shower and snazzy finishes.

Being located in El Raval has its advantages too. This apartment is just a stone’s throw away from the famous Las Ramblas, with other locations such as the MACBA (Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona), and the Mercat de la Boqueria also just a few minutes’ walk away. In this neighbourhood you will be well equipped with all manner of shops, cafes and restaurants, ready to explore.

The Raval is a multicultural neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona, known for its ethnic diversity, its wide culinary offerings, and its vibrant atmosphere. Its central location allows quick access to the city's main tourist attractions, such as Las Ramblas, the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Christopher Columbus monument, and the port. Additionally, Raval is an important artistic hub featuring the MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art) and the CCCB (Barcelona Centre of Contemporary Culture), along with other small art galleries.... 

This neighbourhood also stands out for its active nightlife, filled with eclectic bars and venues. However, as with any central and lively area, it's recommended to take certain precautions, especially at night. It?s advisable to stay in well-lit streets and remain aware of your surroundings, following the usual safety recommendations for enjoying any major city. We loved the neighbourhood, it’s a bit out of born etc but a short walk to the beach and right on a great walking street (ramblas). Lots of space, double bed, nice bathroom, terrace, and a great company to deal with too - so helpful and responsive. We had a great stay. Thanks !

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family. Overall was a good stay. Liked the layout of the apartment. Cute places to eat right outside the apartment with a couple of bakeries and grocery stores too, so that proved to be very convenient. Also, our check in was smooth since I had requested the keys be dropped off at the location prior to booking this. Very responsive hosts and a great stay overall.

We had a great stay in this apartment! The apartment was clean and modern and it has everything needed. The surrounding area where the apartment is situated is really nice with many restaurants, bars, bakeries and dessert places. The beach also 5 mins walk away. The metro station is a 7 min walk away and gets you into all the main areas within 15 mins. Great stay overall!

Charmin location in a good quarter, nice if you want the combination of city life with the near beach/sea. Good restaurants and individual shops in the surroundings. ambience everywhere. Location on Rambala Poblenou was great. Good access to beach and restaurants. Staff was very helpful. Our first night we had a minor problem with the air conditioner, Apartment Barcelona got us a fan and had Air conditioner working the next day. Good value for the money.
