This beautiful apartment is located in the Plaça Espanya area, a stone´s throw away from the fantastic Arenas shopping centre and a short walk to wonderful Montjuïc. A great base from which to discover Barcelona, this is a real transport hub with connections to the rest of the city, the airport, as well as locations further afield.... 

This apartment offers a lovely, homely feel to its guests. Modern and comfortable, it has two bedrooms and is easily able to accommodate 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, cozy living space and modern bathroom ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment is fitted with everything you may need during your time in Barcelona: TV, dryer, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and more. The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona's biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.... 

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d'Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona's city centre within minutes by metro.

What you see in the pictures is what you get in the end. + - Everything was as described in the advertisement - one bathroom each in the 2 bedrooms - you have everything around the corner (max. 7 minutes walk to supermarkets, metro, restaurants) - Appartment was very clean with a cute welcome & cleaning package - staff respond within a few seconds and is very helpful The price was ok compared with other appartments in Barcelona, which are very high for the size of the appartment you'll get. All in all, we can recommend a stay here.

Very nice apartment, clean and well located in a quiet neighbourhood, near to public transport, mini market and restaurants. The communication with the host was very good, a plus was the fact that we could leave our luggage at the office before checkin and after checkout. Apartament was very clean and had everything we needed. Be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor with narrow stairs, so not a great choice for anyone with mobility issues. The small apartment is in a quiet, residential area, you can heard people walking on the stairs or outside so not completely quiet but decent. It was walkable to all the touristic areas about 20 minutes or you can take the train. It is close to a major street so there are a lot of stores and restaurants about 5-10 minutes walking and there is a bodega that close at 11:00 right across the street on the corner. Garbage containers are outside on the street, that is something we had to ask. We think it was too much money per day for what is offered, however, it was passover so we don’t know if that made it higher. It has just enough to stay but it is tight a big person wont be able to climb the 4 floors (first floor is after 3 flight of stairs, then another 3 flights on every floor) and the shower is tight too. Customer service was really good, very responsive, within the hour unless it was late, however, they have an emergency number for after hours. Keys are at another location.
