The bedroom offers ample storage space, while the private balcony is great for unwinding. There is also 1 complete bathroom with shower and WC.
Located in a historic building from 1900, designed by the renowned architect Domènec i Montaner, this apartment reflects Barcelona´s iconic architectural style. It is just a 9-minute walk from Mercat de la Boqueria, where you can find fresh produce and local delicacies. Iconic landmarks like La Pedrera and Casa Batlló are within a 16-minute metro ride away. Las Ramblas is one of Barcelona’s most lively streets, known for its street performers, charming cafés, and diverse market stalls. You´ll be within walking distance of top attractions, great restaurants, and the city´s buzzing nightlife.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Las Ramblas is one of the most famous streets in Barcelona. It separates two of the city's neighbourhoods, The Gothic Quarter and El Raval, while connecting Port Vell to Plaça de Catalunya. Although it is often referred to as one main avenue, Las Ramblas is actually made up of five different streets and has many popular attractions, including the Liceu Theatre, the Boqueria Market and the Wax Museum.
On Las Ramblas you will find an array of souvenir shops, stalls offering homemade gifts, restaurants, cafés and much more. The street is also well-known for its living statues and performers, which provide some unique entertainment as you stroll down the boulevard.
