Description

This spacious three bedroom apartment is located right next to Park Güell, one of Barcelona´s biggest attractions. The neighbourhood in which you’ll find this lovely apartment is more quiet than the very city centre, while remaining close enough to it so you reach all the main sights easily. In this area you will also find plenty of supermarkets for your convenience, as well as cafés, bars and restaurants. The area is very well connected to the rest of the city via public transport.... 

This apartment has single beds distributed throughout the three bedrooms (two of the rooms have bunk beds). There is also a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.

In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you´ll need to make your favourite meals, or even to try out some Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The stylish living area has direct access to the balcony where you can dine ´al fresco´.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment, allowing for maximum privacy.

There are many modern conveniences in this apartment too, such as a TV and an internet connection, making it easy to stay in touch with family and friends back home. There is also a second TV in the ensuite bedroom.

The apartment includes a parking space (vehicle information will be required to manage access). Please note that the entrance to the garage is quite narrow, so only vehicles with the following size are allowed: 4.85 m x 2.57 m x 2.00 m.

Important: The apartment is located approximately 35-45 minutes by public transport from the centre of Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), offering a more secluded environment with good connectivity.

This is a lovely and cozy apartment in a very pleasant area of Barcelona. There are plenty of bars right across the street, which was a great bonus. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, just like a hotel. Highly recommended!

Horta/Guinardó is located in the northeast of Barcelona and is one of the largest districts in the city. The area is significantly more tranquil than the bustling towns of the city centre, although it is easy to reach all of the sights in Barcelona by bus or metro from this corner of the Catalan capital....

The agency is really great and responsive. They’re also super helpful. The apartment itself has all of the amenities you could need and is in an area that’s very walkable and has a lot of great local restaurants if you know where to look. As the apartments main window faces a bar/restaurant, it is a bit noisy at night, but nothing too terribly offputting.

Alles in allem entsprach das Apartment den Erwartungen. Kurz habe ich schon gedacht, dass doch kein Bad vorhanden war weil die Tür dafür an einen Kleiderschrank erinnert 😅 Für 2 Nächte war das Apartment ideal. Strand is 20 Gehminuten entfernt und sowohl Pl Catalanya als auch Pl Espania sind ungefähr im gleichen Abstand zu Fuß erreichbar. Lage ist also perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Lediglich dass man direkt über einer Bar ist, kann für manche vllt ein Problem sein, hierfür waren aber sogar Ohrstöpsel in der Wohnung vorhanden. Man kümmert sich also gut um seine Gäste!

Lovely studio flat in a fairly central area - easy to get to lots of famous sights. Near to Avenida de Parallel, metro station and lots of nice restaurants. I came for a short work trip and this flat was ideal. I would highly recommend Apartment Barcelona.
