Description

This fantastic central apartment in Barcelona is ideal for large groups and families, with a capacity for 9 people. It is located in Poble Sec, a popular and trendy area of the city. You’ll find it just five minutes away from Las Ramblas and the Port, and only 10 minutes from Montjuïc, the Fira de Barcelona conference center and Plaça Espanya. It is very easily connected to the rest of the sights in the city, with a metro station and a bus stop located just outside the building. From here you can reach Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia in just 5 minutes, and by bus you will have access to the beach in 5 minutes, too. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets nearby, as well as some popular theaters and clubs.... 

The apartment has two balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the famous Paral.lel street. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to prepare your own home-cooked meals. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience.

Thanks to its perfect location and excellent amenities, this apartment is ideal for visitors to Barcelona, especially if you are coming to the city in a large group.

Great communication from the start. lovely apartment as advertised. Great location within walking distance to large shopping centre and beach which was amazing as a family! Apartment was very clean with good amenities. We had a small issue working the shower in the main bathroom but AB were on hand to help support! Overall lovely stay and would definitely return and recommend to family and friends

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.... 

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona 'Broadway', rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.

You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don't miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this 'barrio'.

Situato in una zona comoda e nuova di fronte al Museo di Scienze Naturali che siamo andati a visitare con i bimbi. Per spostarci abbiamo utilizzato sempre la metro Linea 4 (gialla) fermata El Maresme-Fòrum molto comoda e vicina per raggiungere il centro di Barcellona. Inoltre di fronte casa ci sta anche il tram T4 e attraversando la strada ci sta il mare. Una validissima alternativa al centro. Consigliatissimo
