Description

This fantastic central apartment in Barcelona is ideal for large groups and families, with a capacity for 9 people. It is located in Poble Sec, a popular and trendy area of the city. You’ll find it just five minutes away from Las Ramblas and the Port, and only 10 minutes from Montjuïc, the Fira de Barcelona conference center and Plaça Espanya. It is very easily connected to the rest of the sights in the city, with a metro station and a bus stop located just outside the building. From here you can reach Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia in just 5 minutes, and by bus you will have access to the beach in 5 minutes, too. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets nearby, as well as some popular theaters and clubs.... 

The apartment has two balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the famous Paral.lel street. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to prepare your own home-cooked meals. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience.

Thanks to its perfect location and excellent amenities, this apartment is ideal for visitors to Barcelona, especially if you are coming to the city in a large group.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.... 

The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. L'accueil au bureau est très agréable et courtois. Appartement lumineux, bien équipé. Literie confortable. Séjour en février, l'appartement a une clim réversible donc pas de souci de chauffage. Le métro est vraiment à côté (station CLOT). l'appartement est super calme. Coté cuisine, il y a ce qu'il faut : four, micro-onde, grille pain, bouilloire, cafetière (à l'italienne), machine à laver, grand frigo / congel. Nombreux rangements, fer à repasser, étendage...tout y est.

My friends and I all really enjoyed the apartment! Amazing location and the apartment is a good size for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and good equipment like a microwave, stove and washing machine. Would recommend :)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und ist ideal gelegen, direkt bei U-Bahnstation "Clot", aber dennoch sehr ruhig am Abend, ideal für Familien. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, grosser Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen.
