This central apartment in Barcelona, right on the famous Paral·lel Avenue, is a charming home away from home. It is located in Poble Sec, one of the city’s up-and-coming, trendy areas. Just five minutes from Las Ramblas and the Port, and 10 minutes from Montjuïc, Plaça Espanya and the Fira de Barcelona Conference Centre, you’ll have Barcelona at your fingertips. It is well connected to the rest of the city’s main sights, with a metro station located right outside the building. From here you can reach Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia in just 5 minutes, and you can also get to the beach by bus in 5 minutes. There are also many supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby, as well as some popular theatres and clubs....
The apartment is incredibly spacious and features lovely furnishings to make you feel at home. Guests can access the apartment via a key-card entry system, and it also has a doorbell with a camera. It has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment also offers satellite TV with more than 900 international channels in the dining area and in one of the bedrooms.

Un apartamento muy lindo, bastante amplio, con lavadora y secadora que resultaron muy útiles, muy buena ubicación y cercano diversos puntos de interés para conocer, cocina muy bien equipada. 2 baños completos, uno tiene tina, tiene ascensor lo cual también resulta útil, cuidan cada mínimo detalle lo cual se aprecia bastante, me volvería a hospedar definitivamente, hubo un pequeño retraso al check in (según por tema de los anteriores huéspedes) pero nada que haya arruinado la experiencia del alojamiento. Muy a gusto en general. También nos dejaron insumos de cocina básicos parla estancia como sal, azúcar, aceite y otras amenidades.
El balcon es otra cosa, totalmente precioso, la vista espectacular

Wir sind als Freundes Gruppe für 2 Nächte in Barcelona gewesen und haben uns für dieses Airbnb entschieden. Es entsprach den Bilder und die Bewertungen war überwiegend sehr gut.
Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es in der Wohnung an wichtigen Basis Sachen, nichts gefehlt hat. Es gab sogar kleine Mini Welcome Tütchen mit verschiedenen Sachen.
Das einzig ärgerliche war, dass bei einem Zimmer das Rollo beim runter ziehen, einfach auf unserem Kopf gefallen ist, wir haben es sofort gemeldet und die Gastgeber kümmern sich nach unserem Aufenthalt darum.
Alles in allem, eine klare Weiterempfehlung👍🏽

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Quoique le quartier est assez bruyant, les chambres ne donnent pas sur la rue donc nous n’avons pas eu de problème à dormir. I really liked and enjoyed my stay here. Location is great! The place was so clean, I even felt comfortable walking around barefoot (which I never do when I stay somewhere). The host was so nice and helpful, he provided us with a city map that we ended up using the whole time. He was super quick to respond any of my questions or messages.
Next time I’m in Barcelona, I would absolutely stay here again :)

Las fotos corresponden muy bien al apartamento . Esta muy bien equipado. en todo. Para una familia con mas de 2 ninos o un grupito de amigos es muy bien. Pero solo hay una habitacion de matrimonio.Fue una muy agradable sorpresa encontrar el kit de cafe, de productos para el lavavajillas y los productos en los cuartos de bano, hasta la crema de cuerpo! Para nosotros la ubicacion es estupenda, aparcamos el coche en el parking de la avenidad diagonal (muy bien de precio si reservas con antelacion) 5mn andando. Hay muchos comercios de todo muy cerquita. Tambien nos ha gustado las numerosas lineas de autobus cerca .
Hay 2 asensores asi que nunca se espera mucho.

Me and 3 friends came to Barcelona for our study abroad. We were really lucky to find this apartment! It´s located in the centre of the city, only 2 blocks away from the metrostation Diagonal and the famous Passeig de Gracia. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated.
