This 2-bedroom apartment is located just a short walk from the Port Olímpic. With WiFi connection, air conditioning, and central heating, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a stay near both the sea and the city of Barcelona.... 

The open-plan living-dining area features a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, along with a dining table. From the living room, you’ll have access to the private terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant sea views while soaking up the good weather.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, as well as a table with chairs. You’ll also have access to a washing machine and iron for added convenience.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space to keep your belongings organised. The first bedroom includes two single beds joined together, functioning as a double bed. The second bedroom features two separate single beds, one of which is a trundle bed that can be pulled out from underneath.

There is also 1 full bathroom with a shower and WC.

Being located near Port Olímpic, you’ll be able to enjoy a relaxing walk along the beach while taking in Barcelona’s wonderful climate. The area also offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, and cafés. Plus, thanks to excellent public transport connections, you’ll be able to explore the rest of the city with ease.

Nossa estadia foi ótima e mega confortável! A localização é próxima de ponto de ônibus e 10 minutos a pé da estação de metrô, bem pertinho do Park Guell. Acomoda 3 ou 4 pessoas tranquilamente. Conta com uma boa estrutura na cozinha, possibilitando cozinhar tranquilamente.

El Carmel hat zwar viele Steigungen, dies bietet aber auch ein paar Vorteile. In der Gegend gibt es einen Supermarkt, in dem man alles für ein paar Tage einkaufen kann. Besonders sehenswert ist der Bunker, den man sich auf jeden Fall anschauen sollte. Außerdem hat man von dort eine schöne Aussicht über die ganze Stadt. Wir hatten ein paar Mal Probleme mit dem Hausschlüssel, aber die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit, und am Ende hat alles gut geklappt. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Man kann dort auch super selbst kochen, da alles Notwendige vorhanden ist. Es gab auch Schwierigkeiten mit einem Nachbarn, doch auch darum wurde sich schnell und professionell gekümmert. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
