Situated next to Plaza Espanya, you can find this cosy three bedroom apartment in the lively neighbourhood of Sants. With WiFi, air conditioning and central heating you have everything here to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Barcelona.... 

The large living and dining room has a lovely design and is ideal to relax and socialise in after a day in the city. In the living room you will find a television. In this comfortable area, there is lots of space and it openly connects to the kitchen.

The space has lots of natural light due to the glass doors that lead onto the apartments private terrace. On the terrace, there is another dining table, in addition to the dining table found inside. This open space will give you and your guests a chance to dine together outside and enjoy summertime in Barcelona together as the evenings get longer.

The fully equipped kitchen makes for a great area to cook meals and socialise. The design of the kitchen continues the modern interior, that is seen throughout the apartment. In addition to this, you will find a microwave, oven and dishwasher as well as all the utensils you need to keep stocked up and have a go at making some Spanish inspired dishes.

All three bedrooms offer bright and spacious areas ensuring a comfortable stay in the city. This apartment has two bathrooms for you and your guests to use, both complete with a shower and toilet.

Being located next to Plaza Espanya gives you a chance to live in a lively area just away from the city centre. This apartment is just a 4 minute away from Arenas de Barcelona. This transformed bull ring is now a shopping centre that is perfect to spend a day at having some retail theraphy. Furthermore, you are just an 8 minute walk from the Montjuic Magic fountains, these are iconic in Barcelona, especially around winter when the light shows are on. This is also the location of the main firework displays at New Years, giving you the best views. You are also a 12 minute walk from Poble Espanyol a historic ´town´ where you can see architecture inspired by every region of Spain. There aren’t many better areas in Barcelona to stay than here.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona's biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.... 

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d'Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona's city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.  Read more

Schöne und gemütliche Wohnung am Rande vom Zentrum auf einem „Berg“ von Barcelona, etwa 20-30 Minuten mit dem Bus im Zentrum. Super schöne Aussicht, wenn man da mit den ÖPNV oder Zufuß runter in die Stadt möchte. Die ÖPNV mit Verbindungen in alle Richtungen sind in naher Umgebung ( Max 3-5 min). Ein Fernseher und Balkon bieten Abends die gewisse Entspannung, nach welcher man nach einem Tag sehnt. In dieser Wohnung könnt ihr euch wir ihr wollt in der Küche austoben, denn für alles ist gesorgt: Herd, Töpfe, Zubehör,Pfannen, Messer, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung war soweit sauber und wir waren mit der Ordnung zufrieden als wir angekommen sind.

Elegí este apartamento para el viaje de unas amigas. Quería enseñarles Barcelona desde otra perspectiva. Su ubicación en El Carmel era ideal para recorrer Barcelona de arriba abajo caminando, hasta llegar al puerto el segundo día, viendo muchas cosas por el camino (Park Güell, Casa Vicens, Gràcia, Paseo de Gràcia, Gótic, el puerto...) sin tener que coger un taxi porque todo es cuesta abajo y lo que nos apetecía a nosotras era ir andando.
