Situated next to Plaza Espanya, you can find this cosy three bedroom apartment in the lively neighbourhood of Sants. With WiFi, air conditioning and central heating you have everything here to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Barcelona.... 

The large living and dining room has a lovely design and is ideal to relax and socialise in after a day in the city. In the living room you will find a television. In this comfortable area, there is lots of space and it openly connects to the kitchen.

The space has lots of natural light due to the glass doors that lead onto the apartments private terrace. On the terrace, there is another dining table, in addition to the dining table found inside. This open space will give you and your guests a chance to dine together outside and enjoy summertime in Barcelona together as the evenings get longer.

The fully equipped kitchen makes for a great area to cook meals and socialise. The design of the kitchen continues the modern interior, that is seen throughout the apartment. In addition to this, you will find a microwave, oven and dishwasher as well as all the utensils you need to keep stocked up and have a go at making some Spanish inspired dishes.

All three bedrooms offer bright and spacious areas ensuring a comfortable stay in the city. This apartment has two bathrooms for you and your guests to use, both complete with a shower and toilet.

Being located next to Plaza Espanya gives you a chance to live in a lively area just away from the city centre. This apartment is just a 4 minute away from Arenas de Barcelona. This transformed bull ring is now a shopping centre that is perfect to spend a day at having some retail theraphy. Furthermore, you are just an 8 minute walk from the Montjuic Magic fountains, these are iconic in Barcelona, especially around winter when the light shows are on. This is also the location of the main firework displays at New Years, giving you the best views. You are also a 12 minute walk from Poble Espanyol a historic ´town´ where you can see architecture inspired by every region of Spain. There aren’t many better areas in Barcelona to stay than here.

The neighbourhood of Sants is one of the most emblematic in Barcelona. It was once a small, independent town until the expansion of Barcelona, when it was annexed in 1897. Today, Sants is a residential area with plenty of parks, shops, and restaurants. The main street, Carrer de Sants, is one of Barcelona's biggest commercial avenues, where you can find many shops, markets, and great places for a bite to eat.... 

Choosing to rent an apartment in Sants allows you to immerse yourself among the locals of Barcelona, as tourists do not tend to frequent this area often in comparison with the towns of the inner city. However, Sants is still close to many of the major Barcelona attractions, particularly Plaça d'Espanya and Montjuïc, and you can reach Barcelona's city centre within minutes by metro.

Also in the Sants neighbourhood, you will find the Barcelona-Sants Estació train station. From here you can connect easily to all of Barcelona, the El-Prat airport and plenty of the suburbs of the city like Sitges and Tarragona.  Read more

Appartement bien situé, facile d’accès et bien rangé. Seule remarque, l’annonce n’est pas toujours conforme. Il est mentionné qu’il n’y a pas de chauffage et pour 4 personnes maximum, or des boîtiers de climatisation/chauffage sont installés dans toutes les pièces et l’appartement dispose de 5 lits. Nous étions donc surpris à notre arrivée (en bien heureusement)

The host was super friendly and super responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and spotless. I loved the super handy welcome packages that included all the basics needed for the stay. Apartment very light and spacious, AC , wifi, smart tv all worked perfectly. Fridge,Washing machine and microwave were clean and spotless. Location was perfect , lots of restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacies around. Couldnt ask for anything more. I highly recommend. Thank you for having us :)

The place was very clean and comfortable. Very close to metro station L2 Paral-lel (~2 min walk). Supermarket in front of the apartment. The apartment is quiet and the area felt very safe. The best thing is the self-check-in process, especially if arriving after certain hours many other places charge extra. The location was also a plus, within walking distance of many touristic places and restaurants. Would totally recommend it to anyone.

This space was exactly what we needed. It's a comfortable place to sleep and keep your stuff. The space is not a great hangout space, but you're not in Barcelona to hang out in the airbnb. We did keep food there and have some small meals there and the space is nice for that. Pluses you might not have seen in the description: Washing machine (have to hang dry) they give you a package of cleaning supplies including for the dishwasher and laundry machine.

Location to the metro made it very easy to get around the city. There were plenty of grocery stores and pharmacies nearby as well. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels and other necessities. The host was very responsive with answers to any questions. The mobile keys worked perfectly and each guest had their own access. I recommend this apartment and would here again. We had no issues.

Barcellona è stupenda la casa era a 2 passi dalla Rambla a 1 passo dalla metro e sotto casa c erano supermercati bar per la colazione e pub per cenare. Proprio sotto il palazzo c è un ristorante marocchino ottimo.
