This 2-bedroom apartment is located between the neighbourhoods of L´Eixample and El Raval. With WiFi connection and air conditioning available in the living room, it´s the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable stay in the city of Barcelona.... 

The living-dining room features a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a dining table. You will also have access to a shared 80 m² terrace where you can relax and enjoy the city´s pleasant weather.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, along with other utensils you may need during your stay. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each offering ample storage space to keep all your belongings organised. The first bedroom is a double room and includes a television. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a desk, making it ideal for working. There are also 2 full bathrooms with a shower and WC.

Being located in the centre of Barcelona, you´ll be just a 1-minute walk from the popular Mercat de Sant Antoni, where you can find a wide variety of local products. Nearby, you´ll also find cafés, bars, and restaurants. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you´ll be able to explore the rest of the city with ease.

The Raval is a multicultural neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona, known for its ethnic diversity, its wide culinary offerings, and its vibrant atmosphere. Its central location allows quick access to the city's main tourist attractions, such as Las Ramblas, the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Christopher Columbus monument, and the port. Additionally, Raval is an important artistic hub featuring the MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art) and the CCCB (Barcelona Centre of Contemporary Culture), along with other small art galleries.... 

This neighbourhood also stands out for its active nightlife, filled with eclectic bars and venues. However, as with any central and lively area, it's recommended to take certain precautions, especially at night. It?s advisable to stay in well-lit streets and remain aware of your surroundings, following the usual safety recommendations for enjoying any major city. Additionally, due to its central location and high tourist influx, Raval can be somewhat noisy and busy, particularly on some of its main streets.

Despite these aspects, Raval offers an authentic experience in one of Barcelona's most bustling neighbourhoods. This apartment was incredible. So thankful they book 1 night stays because my family and I missed our flight back home & needed a place to stay last minute. We were only there 1 night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! Very big apartment, comfortable, clean, functional, elevator, good wifi, windows open for fresh air, balcony’s so nice, BEDS SO COMFORTABLE! Communication with host was fast and easy! The location is excellent and the metro is literally right downstairs. This place is perfect for a family/friend group!

Wir haben das Apartment für einen Messeaufenthalt unseres internationalen Sales Teams gebucht - und waren begeistert. Die Lage ist hervorragend zentral. Metro-Station ist direkt vor der Haustür. Aber auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Mietfahrrad (empfohlen!) sind alle Punkte in Barcelona bequem und schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat Loft-Charakter. Modern in altem Gebäude. Zur Hauptstraße hin zwei kleine, pitoreske Balkone. Nach hinten Balkon und Fenster zu einem typischen Innenhof. In Laufweite Unmengen kleiner Tapasbars, Reataurants und Kneipen. Im Gegensatz zur nahegelegenen Oldtown und La Rambla ist dieses Viertel sicherlich weniger touristisch. Hafen und Strand ebenfalls in Lauf-, Fahrrad-, bzw. Metro-Reichweite. Taxi sowieso. Messe Gelände Fira Gran Via ist hervorragend und schnell erreichbar. Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, dennoch klug und vollkommen aussreichend: AC, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, zwei Bäder, bequeme Betten. Die vorzugweise volldigitalen Schlüssel (App) funktionieren wunderbar. Einzig die Email-Zuteilung an die verschiedenen Bewohner war ein wenig "eckig". Durch Nachtelefonieren konnte das geregelt werden. Eva&Jack antworten blitzschnell, umfassend und sympatisch. Vorbildlich! Man fühlt sich jederzeit aufgehoben. Fazit: Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
