The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each offering ample storage space for your belongings. The first bedroom is a double room and includes a TV. The second is equipped with a single bed and a desk, ideal for working. There is also 1 full bathroom with a shower and toilet and 1 additional toilet.
Being centrally located in Barcelona, you’ll be just a 1-minute walk from the well-known Mercat de Sant Antoni, where you’ll find a wide variety of local products. Nearby, you’ll also find cafés, bars, and restaurants. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you’ll be able to explore the rest of the city with ease.
PLEASE NOTE: The property is also for sale. Therefore, access must be granted for commercial viewings coordinated by customer service, at times previously agreed with the tenant.
