The living-diner provides you with the perfect place to relax and rewind after a busy day in and around Barcelona. There is also a dining table and kitchenthat gives you an area for you and your guests to enjoy a home-cooked meal together throughout the day.

The property has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom available.

The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Poble Nou, one of the more fashionable neighbourhoods of the city and close to the Mediterranean Sea. From here you are just minutes from the beautiful beach. To go shopping and eat something, the neighbourhood is full of bars and restaurants. There are also supermarkets, shops and parks around, such as the gorgeous Parc de la Ciutadella just 20 minutes away.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger.
