This modern one-bedroom apartment in the residential neighborhood of Gràcia in Barcelona has space for up to 4 guests in a spacious accommodation that has plenty of natural light. In addition, the apartment offers free WiFi, air conditioning, and central heating to ensure a comfortable stay in the city....
The large living room has a modern design, offering a double sofa bed, TV, and plenty of space. The main attraction of this open dining area is the fact that there is a balcony letting in plenty of natural light.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and an excellent area for cooking and socializing. The kitchen design continues the modern interior seen throughout the apartment. In addition, you´ll find a large fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave, as well as all the utensils you need to stay stocked and try Spanish-inspired dishes.
There is a bedroom with a double bed providing a comfortable stay for all guests. Additionally, the bedroom has a private bathroom, which is connected next to the room. This contemporary bathroom is a very modern and clean space that fits well with all the features of the apartment.
It is located in the picturesque Gràcia neighborhood, known for its numerous squares, international and local restaurants. There is also a large number of bars, shops, and transportation to give you everything you need for a memorable stay in Barcelona. Regarding nearby attractions, this apartment is a 14-minute walk from Gaudí´s Park Güell and 30 minutes by public transport from Casa Milà and Passeig de Gràcia, a main street that hosts some of the most famous designer brands.

The beautiful neighbourhood of Gràcia can be found at the top of Passeig de Gràcia,just across the Avinguda Diagonal street. It is one of the most charismatic 'barrios' in Barcelona and a distinctive Catalan neighbourhood which reserves a small town ambience, inherited from its history as a town which was independent from Barcelona until the end of the 19th century....
Wandering through the small streets of this cosy area, you will find a plethora of charming restaurants, many of which boast fine international cuisine. Gràcia is also home to a collection of locally-owned designer boutiques, as well as a movie theatre showing films in English with subtitles.
Gràcia is popular among young residents and local students, but has managed to avoid many of the tourist crowds. As a result, its nightlife is lively and trendy, and the area is home to some fantastic bars with terraces.

Excellent restaurant right below the apartment. Communication with AB was good; they turned off our water and provided us with information quickly when we informed them. The street was busy, but the windows blocked out most of the traffic noise, and the air conditioning was fantastic. Excellent location for walking around the city.

The location is great; easy to find, with the metro at the doorstep, sagrada familia just a short walk away, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafe and for those who do not want to walk, a taxi to Placa Catalunya only cost about 7 euro. There were 4 of us so it is cheaper for us to do that. 10 mins walk to the flea market.
The house is clean, the washing machine worked well, the shower is great. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The staff of AB Marina and concierge were very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, two bathrooms with showers and the beds were comfortable. This apartment is in a great location, a few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia which you can see from the balcony and rooftop, also right by Monumental metro station enabling easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment itself was very clean and we were provided with soap/shampoo etc so you don't need to take or buy your own.
This was the 2nd time we've stayed in this apartment block and would happily stay there again.
Communication with the hosts was exceptional, including very fast responses on a Sunday evening...nothing seemed too much trouble.
All in all a great base to explore the city.
