This apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed. Situated just a small distance from Sagrada Familia, this apartment is in an ideal area that is not too far from the city centre. Among other amenities, you will have WiFi, heating and air conditioning, making this apartment ideal for a trip any time of the year.... 

The living diner provides you with a stylish and bright open space, where you and your guests can socialise after a day of exploring the city. With a TV, large sofa and dining table, you will quickly feel settled here. The contemporary décor of the apartment gives it a welcoming feel and shows the high degree to which the apartment has been finished. This recently refurbished apartment also offers its private balcony, where you and your guests can enjoy mealtimes throughout the day and a drink in the evening, as the sun sets.

The fully-equipped kitchen is another modern space in the apartment; an ideal place to try cooking some Spanish dishes. You will also have a microwave, kettle and toaster.

The two bedrooms continue the colourful and stylish feel that runs through the entire apartment. The first bedroom has a double bed, with the second having two single beds pushed together to make another two-person room. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is also found here, which has a walk-in shower and provides you with a private and clean space for you and your guests.

Situated just a 5-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, this wonderful apartment gives you one of the most recognisable monuments in the city on your doorstep. If learning about Spanish culture interests you, then you can walk for 13 minutes to get to the El Monumental former bullring, now a marketplace and venue for concerts. It is a unique way to learn about the city’s history. Alternatively, if you want to have an opportunity to shop and see more works of art by Gaudí, just a 24-minute walk away from the apartment, is the designer high street Passeig de Gràcia, which is Barcelona’s most iconic street.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city, and it is one of the most popular districts in the Catalan capital. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born architect, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when drawing up the plans of the new area.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), and is home to one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, Passeig de Gràcia, known for its high fashion stores and trendy restaurants.

The street is intersected by the long Avinguda Diagonal, which runs through the entire city.

Eixample Derecho is home to many gems of 'Modernisme' architecture, including the unique Casa Milà (La Pedrera), the colourful Casa Batlló and the towering Sagrada Familia, known as Gaudí's unfinished masterpiece. The location is great; easy to find, with the metro at the doorstep, sagrada familia just a short walk away, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafe and for those who do not want to walk, a taxi to Placa Catalunya only cost about 7 euro. There were 4 of us so it is cheaper for us to do that. 10 mins walk to the flea market. The house is clean, the washing machine worked well, the shower is great. Having 2 full bathrooms was great. The staff of AB Marina and concierge were very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, two bathrooms with showers and the beds were comfortable. The response time from the host was very quick and they were always helpful. Great shops and restaurants nearby and the metro is right outside the door. Our group of six had a brilliant time.

This apartment is in a great location, a few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia which you can see from the balcony and rooftop, also right by Monumental metro station enabling easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment itself was very clean and we were provided with soap/shampoo etc so you don't need to take or buy your own. This was the 2nd time we've stayed in this apartment block and would happily stay there again. Communication with the hosts was exceptional, including very fast responses on a Sunday evening...nothing seemed too much trouble. All in all a great base to explore the city.
