Next to the living area, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave-oven combo, coffee maker, and a dishwasher—ideal for preparing home-cooked meals.

The apartment features two bedrooms. All beds are single, although they can be arranged as double beds. Please note that even if they are set up as doubles, the mattresses and bed frames remain individual. The full bathroom includes a shower and a WC.

Located in Eixample, you’ll be in the perfect spot, within walking distance of some of the city´s most iconic landmarks. For instance, Plaça d´Espanya is just a 12-minute walk away, where you’ll find the Arenas Shopping Center with many restaurants and shops. Another famous square in Barcelona, Plaza Catalunya, is just 20 minutes on foot, giving you access to Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia. For fresh produce and ingredients, you can visit the Mercat de Sant Antoni, just an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

This was a great place for us to stay for our time in Barcelona! The location was great and only about a 10 minute walk from Sagrada Familia and also had the subway right outside the entrance. There is a lot to do and see within walking distance. There were some good restaurants and shops near by as well. The checkin was easy with the app that worked as your key. We used it on the exterior door to the building as well as the apartment door. The apartment was clean and had one bath towel and floor mat for each person. The beds were decently comfortable. The host was responsive to our questions. We had a great time here and would recommend it!

Nice and clean apartment with 6 single beds and 2 bathrooms in a building with many other short-stay apts managed by the same company. The position is great, just in front of the Monumental metro station and a few blocks away from the Sagrada Familia. Just outside the entrance door there's a great tapas restaurant, plus many supermarkets and bars in the surroundings. The mattresses of the beds are simply exceptional, and this is an essential tool to have a proper rest after the long nights at Primavera Sound! The communication with the host is mediated via a bot, but it's easy to get in contact with real persons too, who have always been kind and helpful.
