This cosy 2-bedroom apartment in Eixample offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay in Barcelona while keeping you connected.

Next to the living area, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a microwave-oven combo, coffee maker, and a dishwasher—ideal for preparing home-cooked meals.

The apartment features two bedrooms. All beds are single, although they can be arranged as double beds. Please note that even if they are set up as doubles, the mattresses and bed frames remain individual. The full bathroom includes a shower and a WC.

Located in Eixample, you’ll be in the perfect spot, within walking distance of some of the city´s most iconic landmarks. For instance, Plaça d´Espanya is just a 12-minute walk away, where you’ll find the Arenas Shopping Center with many restaurants and shops. Another famous square in Barcelona, Plaza Catalunya, is just 20 minutes on foot, giving you access to Las Ramblas and Passeig de Gràcia. For fresh produce and ingredients, you can visit the Mercat de Sant Antoni, just an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

Este alojamento está localizado a poucos minutos do Parque Güell, num bairro tranquilo nos arredores de Barcelona. Os transportes públicos (autocarros e metro) estão perto, mas terá de caminhar alguns metros, assim como os serviços (supermercado, farmácia, restaurante, café, etc.), pois estão localizados fora do bairro. Todas as descrições e fotos no site correspondem ao alojamento: é limpo, arrumado e agradável. Os quartos não são muito espaçosos, mas isso não é um problema para quem procura uma estadia mais curta. O check-in foi muito simples, com todas as instruções claras, e os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos. Em suma, foi uma experiência muito boa!

La estructura del apartamento esta muy bien pensada, por un lado, salón cocina y por otro las habitaciones con los baños. La habitación principal no es una cama de matrimonio –sino que son dos camas individuales juntadas– la estancia es tipo suite, por lo que tiene baño propio, las otras dos habitaciones comparten baño, ambos tienen ducha. El piso está muy limpio, hay toallas de sobra y sabanas. La parte positiva es que hay plancha para la ropa que va de maravilla. El piso está equipado con lavavajillas y dan un pack de bienvenida con básicos: sal, aceite, jabón de platos, una pastilla para el lavavajillas, una para la lavadora, un estropajo, una bolsa de basura, entre otros básicos.

Staff are very responsive,helpful and friendly. Location is far from downtown but is very well connected with various bus lines and subway. Parc Güell is just a couple of stops away. Neighbourhood is peaceful,and well served with bars, shops, bakeries, etc. It's on one of the hillsides of Barcelona so it might not be ideal for people with mobility issues especially if you'll be relying on public transport but it's doable. Host and apartment are great. Highly recommended
