This three-bedroom duplex apartment is located in the peaceful area of Santa Coloma de Gramanet, just north of Barcelona. With WiFi, air conditioning, and a private terrace, it is perfect for those looking to enjoy a serene stay while being close to the vibrant city.... 

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, and all necessary utensils.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and watch TV after a day of exploring. From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony.

There are three bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the private terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the fresh air. This apartment has one full bathroom complete with shower and WC.

Additionally, a 2-minute walk from the apartment, you will have access to a gym room with machines, as well as a private ping-pong room. The gym is located in the building at C/ Àngel Guimerà, 38, down the stairs on the ground floor. Access hours for the gym are from 08:00 a.m to 09:00 p.m.

Being located in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, you will be surrounded by good public transport connections. The nearest metro stop is only 300 meters from the apartment, which allows you to go directly to the center of Barcelona in a few minutes. The iconic Sagrada Familia, for example, is only 25 minutes from the apartment by public transport and Plaça Catalunya is 30 minutes away, allowing you to access many other parts of the city and surroundings. The apartment is also next to the Besòs River Park, an area of 115 hectares of green areas, perfect for walking or playing sports. This area is also known as Bes-Art, the largest open-air museum in Europe, where you can admire urban art while taking a walk. The apartment was in a very well located place and was in a walkable distance from most places. The apartment was clean and was exactly as listed, it accommodated a group of 5 with the 2 showers and 2 bathrooms being very useful. The balcony was a very big and supplied sunbeds to spend time in the sun. Als eine Gruppe von 7 Leuten war es schön in dem Apartment einen Aufenthaltsbereich zu haben und Doppelzimmer, ohne dass jemand im Wohnzimmer schlafen muss. Die Zimmer haben zwar bis auf eins keine Fenster, aber bei der Bauweise sucht man das in Barcelona wohl sowieso erfolglos. Die Lage ist toll, die Umgebung sicher, man ist sehr schnell an der Sagrada Familia oder mit der U-Bahn überall hin. Nett war auch, dass es eine Spülmaschine gab und zum Start wurde uns ein Spülmaschinentab gegeben sowie kleine Päckchen Salz und Öl (reicht für ein Kleines essen, aber für den Anfang super nett!).

Great Apartment right next to the Metro station and walking distance to the centre of Barcelona. Nice and clean. The bathroom was a little bit dated but clean and functional. We had an issue with hot water on the first day but this was solved quickly by an engineer. The key card system was a bit tricky on the first day but the host was very responsive and helped get everything setup. Nice terrace for a drink after a long day.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of accommodation in Barcelona! The apartment was a perfect fit for our group of seven, offering ample space and a stunning balcony. It was impeccably clean, roomy, and surprisingly quiet despite its convenient location right next to the metro stop, restaurants, and a supermarket. Getting to Sagrada Familia was a breeze, just one quick metro stop away, and accessing other parts of the city was equally convenient. We're already planning our next visit – this place was a winner!

Location is walking distance to the beach and city centre, although plenty options in the area for shops and food. Even had a lovely tapas restaurant next door.
