This 3-bedroom duplex apartment is located in the beautiful area of Sant Andreu. With WiFi connection available and air conditioning, this property is perfect for spending a few months in the city of Barcelona.
Entering the apartment there is the living room available, which is perfect for relaxing. It has a comfortable sofa, as well as a TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. It has natural light thanks to the large windows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you may need, such as oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a dining table to enjoy your home-cooked meals.
The apartment is divided into two floors, which facilitates access for people with reduced mobility in the lower part. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Instead, the upper floor has a bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms have storage space so you can store your things. Both bathrooms have shower and WC.
A parking space is available upon request (subject to availability) and with a monthly fee.
The Sant Andreu neighborhood is a quiet area of Barcelona but with great shops, restaurants and shops. The apartment is very well connected with the rest of Barcelona, as it is next to a metro station and near the La Sagrera train station. Around the apartment there are parks and green areas to enjoy.

District
The district of Sant Andreu is located in the northeast of Barcelona. Like other neighbourhoods in the city, the area was once separate from Barcelona, until it became annexed to the Catalan capital at the end of the 19th century. This means those staying in the district will undoubtedly come across its small town ambience, especially when wandering around its charming streets and squares like the quaint Plaça del Mercadal.
Today Sant Andreu is mainly a residential area of Barcelona, but with plenty of commercial zones such as Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, as well as shopping centres such as the Maquinista centre which also provides a variety of leisure activities.
Another distinguishing feature of Sant Andreu is its excellent public transport system, linking the district to the city centre of Barcelona and all its major attractions. Aside from a multitude of metro and bus lines, there are also three Renfe train stations in the district: Sant Andreu Comtal, Sant Andreu Arenal and Sagrera, meaning those who choose an apartament in Sant Andreu will have easy access to the bustling city centre and all its sights.
