This centric apartment can be found right in heart of the Eixample Left district, only a 10 minute walk from Plaça Catalunya and many more of Barcelona’s sights. The access to the public transport is excellent in this area, and there are many bus and metro stations nearby so you can reach all parts of the Catalan capital easily. You’ll find lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and cafés surrounding the apartment, as well as plenty of supermarkets. The location is simply ideal for those looking to make the most of their time in Barcelona. ...
This is a great place for families or groups of friends. What’s more you’ll have access to a private terrace with a lovely view and a table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals ‘al fresco’ or soak up the Spanish sun.
There is an open plan living-dining area, and here you’ll find a cozy sofa and a TV, the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day in the city.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals or try out some new Catalonian dishes.
There are 2 bedrooms in total, with one double bed, one single bed and one double sofa bed distributed throughout the apartment.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district....
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.
Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

Easy access with digital key, the location could not be beat, since the Sagrada metro station can connect you anywhere in the city. We ate at multiple little spots just around the corner and loved being able to see the Sagrada at different times of the day even though we didn’t get a chance to go inside because you need to make reservations at least a week in advance.

Ubytování jsme hned našli. Lehce jsme bojovali s mobilním klíčem, ale jde jen o to vydržet než zareaguje aplikace a čtečka. Ubytování je pár minut od Sagrada Familia, jak je psáno. Výborná dostupnost na metro či autobusy. Čtvrt byla klidná. Celý dům je nájemný, takže pokud se všichni drží pravidel, měl by být v sousedství klid. V okolí je spousta malých i větších marketů, kaváren a pekáren. Výhled z balkonu je do takového velkého vnitrobloku mezi domy. Výhoda je, že tam od rána svítí slunce. Hostitel reaguje rychle na žádosti a zasílá spoustu informačních zpráv. Být byl čistý a vybavený. V kuchyni miniatury potřebných věcí na vaření a čistících prostředků. Nemáme, co vytknout. Díky za pobyt.

También estaba limpio y te dan dos Kits (limpieza y para cocinar) que son muy útiles para la estancia. Es importante mencionar que la comunicación y respuesta por parte de los anfitriones es rápida y es 24 hrs. Una noche tuvimos problemas con la llave digital para ingresar en el edificio y al llamar al teléfono de contacto nos solucionaron de una vez. En fin, recomiendo el apto y volvería a hospedarme.

Location is great just near by Sagrada Familia. Network is very fast, so we could remotely work from there. Had a balcony and all the essentials :)
