This 2-bedroom apartment has WiFi available and air conditioning in hot/cold mode, to make your stay in Barcelona even more relaxed.

The living room is well furnished: the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the city. In addition, there is a communal 80m2 solarium terrace with sun loungers in the building.

The kitchen is well equipped with many utensils and appliances available.

There are 2 bedrooms, each complete with storage so you can make yourself at home. In addition, there is a complete bathroom with shower and toilet.

Located on Carrer del Pi, the apartment is situated in an area full of history and charm. Just a stone´s throw away, you´ll find Carrer Portaferrissa, a street that dates back to Roman times, when it was part of Barcino, the ancient Roman city that became Barcelona. The street has seen centuries of history and played a key role in medieval trade routes. Today, is a lively blend of historical significance and modern shopping, with boutiques, craft shops, art galleries, and cafes, giving it a unique and vibrant atmosphere. El Barri Gòtic, also known as the 'Gothic Quarter' is located in the heart of Barcelona and is the oldest town in the city as this neighbourhood was once the first part of the original Barcino, the ancient Roman city of Barcelona from which the Catalan capital we know today, developed. El Barri Gòtic is situated in-between the famous Las Ramblas and the grand Via Laietana, and its boundaries stretch all the way to the Mediterranean coast....

I really liked and enjoyed my stay here. Location is great! The place was so clean, I even felt comfortable walking around barefoot (which I never do when I stay somewhere). The host was so nice and helpful, he provided us with a city map that we ended up using the whole time. He was super quick to respond any of my questions or messages. Next time I’m in Barcelona, I would absolutely stay here again :)

Las fotos corresponden muy bien al apartamento . Esta muy bien equipado. en todo. Para una familia con mas de 2 ninos o un grupito de amigos es muy bien. Pero solo hay una habitacion de matrimonio.Fue una muy agradable sorpresa encontrar el kit de cafe, de productos para el lavavajillas y los productos en los cuartos de bano, hasta la crema de cuerpo! Para nosotros la ubicacion es estupenda, aparcamos el coche en el parking de la avenidad diagonal (muy bien de precio si reservas con antelacion) 5mn andando. Hay muchos comercios de todo muy cerquita. Tambien nos ha gustado las numerosas lineas de autobus cerca . Hay 2 asensores asi que nunca se espera mucho.
