This studio apartment, accommodating up to 2 guests, is located in Barcelona’s iconic Eixample district. With WiFi available, you will be able to settle in comfortably and enjoy your stay.
The open-plan living and dining area benefits from plenty of natural light. You will have a sofa, a TV and ample storage space. There is also a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals. The sleeping area features a double bed and is separated for added privacy. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.
Please note: the apartment is not equipped with towels. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. The apartment is also supplied with pots and pans, as well as various kitchen utensils.
Staying in Eixample is a great advantage, as you will be within walking distance of some of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks. For an excellent shopping experience, Passeig de Gràcia, lined with high-end boutiques, is just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is also only a 13-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya, which provides access to Las Ramblas. For groceries, there is a Lidl supermarket just 2 minutes on foot from the apartment, while for fresh produce, the famous Boqueria Market is only a 17-minute walk away.
Please note: parking is available in the building, subject to availability. The cost is not included in the rental price. To reserve a parking space, arrangements must be made upon arrival directly at the building’s car park.

To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

District
Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.
Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.
Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
