This cozy two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, 5 minutes from the Sant Antoni market, perfect for walking the city centre on foot. With free WiFi, air conditioning and central heating among other amenities, this bright apartment offers everything you need to feel at home during your stay in Barcelona.... 

The open plan lounge-dining room has a rustic yet modern style, providing a very pleasant and warm atmosphere. There is a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a television. With capacity of up to four people, this beautiful apartment has plenty of natural light, thanks to its elegant French doors leading to the balcony. There is a washing machine and an elevator also, offering you comfortable stay.

The kitchen follows the style of the apartment. It is equipped with essential utensils necessary for preparing meals and taste Catalan cuisine.

The apartment has two bedrooms. In the main room, you will find a spacious and comfortable double bed, as well as a mirror and large closets. Thanks to its small interior balcony, this room has plenty of natural light. The second room is equipped with a double bed and a desk. The apartment has one newly renovated bathroom, complete with a large shower.

The location of this central apartment is ideal for exploring the historic centre of the city by foot, as it is a 5-minute walk from the Sant Antoni market and an 8-minute walk from some of the main attractions of Barcelona, such as Las Ramblas, the Liceu Theatre or the Boqueria market. Moreover, in less than 15 minutes you can reach both Plaza Universidad, Plaza Catalunya as well as the Statue of Christopher Columbus, which is right next to Barcelona harbour.

The Raval is a multicultural neighbourhood in the heart of Barcelona, known for its ethnic diversity, its wide culinary offerings, and its vibrant atmosphere. Its central location allows quick access to the city's main tourist attractions, such as Las Ramblas, the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Christopher Columbus monument, and the port. Additionally, Raval is an important artistic hub featuring the MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art) and the CCCB (Barcelona Centre of Contemporary Culture), along with other small art galleries.... 

This neighbourhood also stands out for its active nightlife, filled with eclectic bars and venues. However, as with any central and lively area, it's recommended to take certain precautions, especially at night. It?s advisable to stay in well-lit streets and remain aware of your surroundings, following the usual safety recommendations for enjoying any major city. Additionally, due to its central location and high tourist influx, Raval can be somewhat noisy and busy, particularly on some of its main streets.

Despite these aspects, Raval offers an authentic experience in one of Barcelona's most bustling neighbourhoods. Una bella vacanza di 5 notti in famiglia. AB Apartment è sempre stato disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle mie domande. L’appartamento come da descrizione, bello, ordinato, chiaramente ristrutturato di recente. Le due camere accoglienti entrambe con finestra una e porta finestra la matrimoniale. Bagno comodo e pulito, una bella doccia grande. La cucina con l’indispensabile, noi non ne abbiamo mai usufruito. Carina l’idea di far trovare due sacchetti con all’interno 1 piccolo kit pulizia e nell’altro bustine di the e altro di prima necessità e 4 capsule del caffè. Insomma che dire tutto molto piacevole. Anche l’accesso, noi abbiamo richiesto le tessere magnetiche per comodità, mai dato problemi. La comodità della Wi-Fi non da sottovalutare. Comodo muoversi a piedi, 20 min a P.zza di Catalunya e 5 min alla fermata della metro. Trovare qualcosa che non mi ha soddisfatto? Il primo piano dell’appartamento, di conseguenza si sentivano più rumori e voci. Ci tornerei comunque.

The location was great. Lots of great cafes and shops within walking distance along with the metro station around 5 mins away. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The wifi wasn't brilliant. Good enough to work but not strong enough to stream a movie. Our biggest issue was the smell. The night that we checked in the smell was horrific, not just in our apartment but the whole building. It was a horrible sewage smell that seemed to be coming from the pipes/drains that run around the staircase area of the building. We tried to turn on the aircon units to help with the smell but couldn't seem to get any of them to work. We bought scented candles and incense sticks to cover up the smell which helped, but as soon as you walked into the building from being outside it hit you every time. The smell seemed to be worse in the bathroom and twin room, which have windows opening into the staircase area of the building.

We chose this apartment for its location which was close enough to walk back from a concert at the Olympic Stadium and also to easily get to the centre of Barcelona. It was in a nice area with the Mistral Avenue close by for open air, off-street drinks and tapas. The apartment has effective air conditioning and a small balcony. It was clean with good bedding and a decent shower. I liked the Bluetooth entry system.

Thank you very much, we had a great time at this apartment during our two weeks stay in Barcelona. The apartment is big enough for 4 people, nicely furnished and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Everything was clean and as described. There are various cute cafes and bakeries nearby and public transportation like subway and bus are reachable within a few minutes. However, we did not use public transportation very often. We had a great time and would book the apartment again anytime.
