This apartment is ideally situated in the centre of Barcelona on the famous Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. Just minutes away from one of the most popular areas of the Catalan capital, including Passeig de Gràcia, the home of fine dining and shopping in Barcelona. This area is surrounded by many major sights including the famous Las Ramblas. Plaça d’ Espanya is also just a short walk away, where you will find the Las Arenas shopping centre, a former bull fighting ring, and the colourful Magic Fountain of Montjuïc.... 

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so it is a great choice for a family or small group.

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals just as you would in your own home. Additionally, a Nespresso Coffee Machine is provided, guaranteeing a perfect cup of coffee in the morning. This apartment also includes an Internet connection, air conditioning, and heating for your convenience.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

We had a great stay! Convenient location near Sagrada Familia & monumental. The apartment matched the pictures, but note that the roof is shared. It was clean and well-prepared with all necessities. Just be aware of the floor level (principle) beforehand as it’s a floor between the ground level and the first floor. Finally, the team was responsive even late at night for emergencies. The apartment is located in a really cool place near Sagrada Familia cathedral. It was nice and really spacious, just what a group of people would look for. It also has a rooftop that can be accessed during the day, with an awesome view. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend.

Excellent location (metro station exactly outside the entrance), such a good communication with our host, quiet neighborhood and it has everything you will need as close as you imagine. Fantastic apartment in a great location. We were only a couple of blocks from the Sagrada Familia and could see La Monumental from the balconies. Little supermarket downstairs was very convenient. Apartment was well appointed, even providing a pack with fresh washing up sponge and tea towel.
