In this space, there is the kitchen area. This compact space gives you and your guest everything you could need to live well in the apartment. Among other amenities, this fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, kettle and toaster for you to use at breakfast time, starting your day off in the best way.
The bedroom is another contemporary space in the apartment, with a double bed and plenty of natural light. There is also enough storage space for all of your belongings. Also, the complete bathroom gives you another private space in the apartment.
The apartment is ideal for all beach lovers. With Barceloneta Beach found just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, means that you will easily be able to get out early for a full beach day. Alternatively, just a 16-minute walk away is the Parc de la Ciutadella, giving you a green space nearby. Furthermore, there is the Santa María del Mar just a 14-minute walk away, which gives you a cultural day out.

Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city.
La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.
