The open-plan living-dining room features a sofa and a smart TV, as well as a dining table. Next to this area, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. You will also have a washing machine for extra convenience. From the living room, you will have access to the spacious private terrace of 30m², where you can enjoy pleasant sea views.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with sufficient storage space for all your belongings. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds, both equipped with a TV. Both bedrooms are filled with natural light, thanks to the large windows. There is also a full bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a guest toilet.
The building offers 2 communal swimming pools, one for adults with disabled access, and another for children, along with a playground, ideal for family enjoyment. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 200 metres from Platja de la Mora, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés. There is also a gym 300 metres from the apartment and a bus stop 5 minutes’ walk away. Thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can reach the centre of Badalona in no time. By Rodalies train (R1) or bus (B7), you can reach the heart of Barcelona in just 30 minutes, making it an ideal option for daily commuting.
The apartment includes a 12m² parking space with a charging point for electric cars. In addition, there is the possibility of renting a 5.50 m² storage room, subject to availability. The cost of both is additional to the rent.
