The building offers 2 communal swimming pools: one for adults with disabled access, and one for children, as well as a playground, perfect for family enjoyment. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 230 meters (a 3-minute walk) from Platja de la Mora, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés. If you are looking for a 100% local experience, you cannot miss the old town of Badalona, located in the center of the city, which 100 years ago was an old fishing district.
