The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each offering ample storage space for all your belongings. One bedroom features a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have TVs and are filled with natural light thanks to large windows. There are also 2 full bathrooms with shower and WC.
The building offers 2 communal swimming pools: one for adults with disabled access, and one for children, as well as a playground, perfect for family enjoyment. The apartment is located in the Badalona Marina area, just 230 meters (a 3-minute walk) from Platja de la Mora, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés. There’s also a gym 300 meters from the apartment and a bus stop just 5 minutes away on foot. Thanks to excellent public transport connections, you can quickly reach the center of Badalona. With the Rodalies train (R1) or the B7 bus, you can get to the heart of Barcelona in just 30 minutes, making it an ideal choice for daily commuting.

It comes with a parking space equipped with two charging points for electric vehicles (subject to availability and additional cost), as well as a 7m² storage room. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.
