This 3-bedroom apartment is located in the Eixample neighbourhood. With WiFi connection and air conditioning, it is the perfect place to enjoy a few days in the city of Barcelona.... 

The open-plan living-dining room has plenty of natural light and features a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a dining table. From the living room, you will have access to the balcony, from which you can enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, kettle, and toaster, along with other utensils you may need during your stay. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with enough storage space to keep all your belongings. Additionally, two of the bedrooms have a television, allowing you to relax, while the third has a desk very useful for working. There are also two full bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet and the other with a bathtub and toilet.

Being located in El Eixample, you can reach the Mercat de Sant Antoni, one of Barcelona’s most characteristic markets, in just 10 minutes. You will also be just steps away from the iconic Plaça de Catalunya, where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. Additionally, thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can explore the rest of the city with total comfort.

Opening both balcony doors at the same time gives great breeze through the apartment. We used it often. Fridge and kitchen were top, great cooking experience, nice view on the street 24/7 to observe life in Barcelona. Yes its noisy so close to the big street but also a nice highlight this apartment has to offer. Maybe mention it in discription so people can be guests who like that.

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

Great place to stay, comfortable and easy access to most all of Barcelona. Wish they would of left at least 1 more towel per guest we had a single towel per guest for a bit over a week. Though its ok with the availability of the laundry machines.

The house was in good condition, clean and with all the necessary stuff we required. Friendly host & hostess who reacted swiftly to messages whenever we were in need. Perfectly located for us i would say considering the metro-line was at the doorstep, La Rambla and Montjuic cable car were just walking distance away.
