This bright 3-bedroom apartment is located in the quiet area of Sant Andreu, just North of Barcelona. This apartment is perfect for anyone looking to spend a few months in the city. The property has WiFi connection available, air conditioning, private terrace, and a whole host of other amenities, making your stay a comfortable and relaxed one away from the hustle and bustle of the city.... 

The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of the utensils and appliances available. There are 3 bedrooms, each with great natural light and storage available so that you can make yourself at home. In addition,there is one bathroom complete with bath tub, shower head and toilet.

The apartment’s 35 m2 private terrace is equipped with outdoor seating: perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to all the city has to offer via public transport links. The iconic Sagrada Familia, for example, is just 18 minutes away from the apartment via public transport and 28 minutes from the Ciutadella Park. There are also some convenient supermarkets in the area. This space is simply perfect for those looking to escape the city yet remain well connected to it.

Hôte sympathique et très réactif. L'accès était très simple et flexible. Idéalement situé avec une station de métro au pied du logement et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Une terrasse très sympa, cuisine équipée et avec les ustensiles, salle de bain fonctionnelle, et même une machine à laver. Tout s'est très bien passé :-)

Comfortable stay and outstanding location high above a friendly and convenient residential neighborhood. Good elevator or use the stairs like me. Rooftop terrace with patio furniture and good views. Transit and services are steps away. Good kitchen and spacious enough for a couple. Early check-in was nice, but you do want to have your phone service working for virtual keys. We chose to walk 15 mins to the mgmt office to get card keys and they let us check in early.

District

The district of Sant Andreu is located in the northeast of Barcelona. Like other neighbourhoods in the city, the area was once separate from Barcelona, until it became annexed to the Catalan capital at the end of the 19th century. This means those staying in the district will undoubtedly come across its small town ambience, especially when wandering around its charming streets and squares like the quaint Plaça del Mercadal.... 

Today Sant Andreu is mainly a residential area of Barcelona, but with plenty of commercial zones such as Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, as well as shopping centres such as the Maquinista centre which also provides a variety of leisure activities.

Another distinguishing feature of Sant Andreu is its excellent public transport system, linking the district to the city centre of Barcelona and all its major attractions. El apartamento está en una excelente ubicación cerca a todo, en una zona muy turística de la ciudad, el apartamento está en el último piso, es un ático cuenta con 1 cómoda habitación, también tiene una terraza, es ideal para una o dos personas, también cuenta con aire acondicionado ideal para la temporada de verano, el proceso de checking se realizó mediante una llave virtual, tuve que descargar una aplicación y desde allí podía abrir el apartamento, los andritriones fueron demasiado atentos y serviciales en todo momento, lo recomiendo 10/10 excelente opción en Barcelona

Das Appartement war wunderschön und mit einer traumhaften Terrasse ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit AB Apartment Barcelona war super! Sie waren rund um die Uhr erreichbar und haben immer rasch geantwortet. Auch der technische Fehler mit dem Türschloss konnte schnell von extern behoben werden. The neighbors below the apartment were noisy early on weekend mornings. There were a number of things which we’re not quite working correctly such as the front door, where we worked out that you needed to pull the door hard as you turned the key to open it. The oven functioned more as a griller than an oven, and the sink in the bathroom ran slowly. It would also have been helpful if the kitchen had a few more utensils such as mixing bowls, tools and better pans.

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Die Dachterrasse war wunderbar, auch wenn wir sie im Februar nur wenig nutzen konnten. Dafür haben wir die Essecke auf derselben Höhe sehr genossen. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr gut ausgerüstet, die Kaffeemaschine für Kapseln perfekt. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem sehr bequemen Bett ausgestattet und zum Schlafen auf einen ruhigen Innenhof.

Für eine Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern ist die Wohnung doch etwas klein, das Schlafsofa nicht so bequem. Das Bad ist sehr klein, ist soweit aber ok, die Dusche sehr praktisch, nur das Lavabo ist winzig. Da kann man nicht mal Hände waschen ohne alles nass zu machen. In der Küche fehlten mir Kochutensilien wie Rüstbrett, Schälmesser, Kochkelle, allenfalls eine Raffel und ein genügend grosses Geschirrtuch.
