This cozy, two-bedroom Barcelona apartment is situated only steps from the sunny Barceloneta beach. Decorated in bright colours and a modern design, this lovely apartment is brand new, fully equipped and is located only a short metro ride or 10 minute walk from the city centre....
The apartment has just been recently renovated. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV and there is also a wooden dining table where you can sit down to enjoy your home-cooked meals.
With two bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate up to three people. The apartment has one bathroom.
This charming apartment, complete with central heating and air-conditioning, is the ultimate choice for your time in the Catalan capital.

Barceloneta is a lovely neighbourhood in the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, located where the island of Maians was once situated. It is known for its expanse of beaches, as well as its numerous bars and seafood restaurants. You will find the town close to the Barcelona Port, near to some great museums and within a short walking distance or a quick metro ride from all of the top spots for sightseeing in the city....
La Barceloneta was originally constructed for the residents of La Ribera, who were displaced by the construction of the Ciutadella fortress (now the Ciutadella Park) built by King Felipe V in the 18th century. Since then, with the development of Port Vell and Port Olímpic, the area has become a major attraction for tourists and residents alike. The Barcelona aquarium and the IMAX theatre are situated close by, as well as the large Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of nightclubs. What's more, when walking down Passeig de Colom from Barceloneta, you will soon find yourself at Las Ramblas.

My friend and I were on a business trips for 12 nights and this apartment was the perfect location for us. The bedrooms were very spacious and as advertised but lacked a place to hand up clothes and this would have been very useful for us, but again we were satisfied.
The living area was good and had everything we needed - one slight disappointment was that the sofa on the advert did not match the sofa we were given, much smaller.
The bathroom/shower was very nice with plenty space again just like the bedrooms, the view from the balcony was amazing with decks chairs to sit out and enjoy the view.
The landlord was very responsive almost 24/7 which we really appreciated.
Overall very happy !!
