This lovely 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Eixample offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy charm. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring you stay connected and comfortable throughout your stay.... 

The living room is bright and stylishly decorated, featuring a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave-oven combo, coffee maker, and a dishwasher, along with other utensils you might need.

The apartment features two bedrooms. All beds are single, although they can be arranged as double beds. Please note that even if they are set up as doubles, the mattresses and bed frames remain individual. The full bathroom includes a shower and a WC.

Located in the vibrant Eixample district, this apartment is ideally situated with excellent public transport connections. Plaça Catalunya is just 8 minutes away by metro, while the Mercat de Sant Antoni is only 10 minutes on foot—perfect for picking up fresh produce. Additionally, some of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks, such as Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, are just 25 minutes on foot, making it easy to explore the city’s architectural gems.

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.

Opening both balcony doors at the same time gives great breeze through the apartment. We used it often. Fridge and kitchen were top, great cooking experience, nice view on the street 24/7 to observe life in Barcelona. The house was in good condition, clean and with all the necessary stuff we required. Friendly host & hostess who reacted swiftly to messages whenever we were in need. Perfectly located for us i would say considering the metro-line was at the doorstep, La Rambla and Montjuic cable car were just walking distance away.
