This 2-bedroom apartment, located in the sought-after Eixample district, is the perfect place to spend a few months in the city.

The property has WiFi available and air conditioning, making your stay a comfortable and relaxed one in the heart of the city. ... 

The living room is well furnished and modern: the perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with an oven and microwave. There is also a dining area with space for both you and your guests.

There are 2 bedrooms, each complete with storage so that you can make yourself at home. In addition, there is 1 bathroom complete with shower and toilet.

The apartment is well located and close to all the city has to offer via public transport. Being located in Eixample, there is plenty to see and do. There are some fabulous markets, coffee shops and diverse stores to explore in the area. The district is a great choice for those interested in landmarks, architecture and local culture.

PLEASE NOTE: The building has an elevator, but to access this apartment, it is necessary to use the stairs.

District

Eixample is Catalan for 'extension', meaning an extension of the old Barcelona city. Eixample was designed by Catalan-born urban planning visionary, Ildefons Cerdà, who took traffic and sunlight (amongst many other things) into consideration when creating the plans for this new district.... 

Eixample is now characterised by its octagonal blocks and its grid-like pattern, with wide streets and both commercial and residential areas. It is split into two parts, Eixample Esquerra (Left, or in Spanish, Izquierdo) and Eixample Dret (Right, or in Spanish, Derecho), both of which are home to some fantastic restaurants and stores.

Eixample Izquierdo is delimited by the grand, Passeig de Gràcia, a paradise for shopping and dining, and Plaça d'Espanya, where the Montjuïc Magic Fountain and one of the biggest convention centres in Barcelona can be found. The Parc de Joan Miró, with its iconic 'Woman and Bird' sculpture created by the Barcelona-born artist, is also situated here, as well as the Arenas shopping centre, which was once a bull-fighting ring.
