The apartment is for two people in one bedroom, with two single beds that have been joined together. There is one bathroom in the apartment.
In addition to a kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, and kettle, the apartment has an open dining area with a table. There is a private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors in the sun or having drinks in the evening while watching the sunset. In the living room, there is a sofa and a TV.
The apartment has been finished with a contemporary and elegant décor and offers plenty of storage space for guests staying for extended periods in the Catalan capital.
Poble Sec is located at the base of Montjuic hill and is close to the Old Town and the Eixample districts. The area is known for its local atmosphere and vibrant nightlife, particularly the nightclub Sala Apolo and various nearby theatres. Carrer Blai, a street dedicated entirely to pintxos restaurants, is also a highlight of Poble Sec.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums.
The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. This avenue is home to much of Barcelona's nightlife with bars and clubs dotted along the street, including the popular Sala Apolo. This Barcelona 'Broadway', rich in performance history, is currently laced with numerous theatres including the Victoria Theatre and the Teatre Condal, and is situated close to La Ciutat del Teatre and the Barcelona Teatre Musical, a stage for numerous musicals and dance shows.
You can also enjoy some delicious Spanish cuisine at some of the tapas bars and restaurants in Poble Sec, and don't miss a trip to Carrer Blai, where you can take in the lively ambience of this 'barrio'.
