This 2-bedroom apartment is located right next to Paral·lel Street, close to Las Ramblas and the port. With WiFi connection and air conditioning available both in the living area and in both bedrooms, it is the ideal place to spend a few days in the city of Barcelona.
In the living room, you will find a sofa, an armchair and a TV, and you can access the dining area where you will find a table to enjoy homemade meals. The apartment also features a communal terrace with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the city’s pleasant weather.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, as well as other utensils you may need during your stay. There is also a washing machine for greater convenience.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with plenty of storage space for your belongings. One of the bedrooms includes a desk, very useful for working. It also has access to a small balcony. In addition, there is a full bathroom with shower and WC.
Located in the Sants-Montjuïc district, you will be in a lively area close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Furthermore, thanks to the excellent public transport connections, you can explore the rest of the city with total ease.

The neighborhood of Poble Sec was the first extension built outside of Barcelona's historic city centre. Located at the base of Montjuïc, this neighbourhood has great access to all of the attractions on the hill, such as Poble Espanyol and many more museums....
The main avenue of Poble Sec is Avinguda Paral·lel, which has been one of the principal areas for activities and leisure since the end of the 19th century. L'appartement était vraiment top: très propre, bien aménagé et avec tout le nécessaire et vue sur la Sagrada Familia. Parfait.
Le quartier est un peu décentré et calme mais avec le métro, les déplacements sont faciles.
Seule difficulté, l'accès à la clé numérique le premier jour mais les hôtes ont été ultra-réactifs et cela s'est réglé rapidement.
Je recommande ce logement.

The view is stunning! It’s perfectly located close to La Sagrada Familia, it’s right next to the metro entrance/exit. From there you can easily go anywhere in just a few minutes. J Alpuente Churrería is within 7 minutes walk for great churros! My family loved it! There’s also an elevator!

We were very tired when landed in Barcelona, we are a family of 5 with a 3 year old. The second we walked in the apartment everything was clean and Segrada Família was right there. The view was phenomenal! We went to get groceries in a local Mercado and a little Mexican restaurant is on the first floor. The apartment is so close to so many things! We loved the apartment and Barcelona!

Nos hospedamos en este departamento durante una semana y la experiencia fue inmejorable. Lo que más nos impresionó fue la vista directa a la Sagrada Familia desde las habitaciónes; es un espectáculo tanto de día como de noche, y realmente hizo nuestra estancia muy especial.
La habitación era amplia, cómoda y perfectamente equipada para una familia de cuatro. Las camas eran muy cómodas, y el área de estar nos permitió descansar después de largas caminatas por la ciudad. También apreciamos mucho la limpieza y la tranquilidad del lugar a pesar de estar en una zona tan céntrica.
La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: además de estar frente a la Sagrada Familia, hay supermercados, restaurantes, estaciones de metro y paradas de autobús a solo unos pasos, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra movilidad por Barcelona.
Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí!
