This two-bedroom apartment with a balcony is found in the Bohemian neighbourhood of Gràcia. This apartment is located on a stunning tree- lined pedestrian street in the heart of Gràcia. You are surrounded by some of the trendiest bars and restaurants, offering you a great space for your short stay in Barcelona.... 

The open living-diner is brightly lit by your own private balcony and has a comfortable sofa & television for you to use to relax. Next to this space, you will find the dining table with chairs, for you and your guests to use at meal times. The apartment has high ceilings and wooden beams, making it feel very spacious and giving it a free- spirit vibe.

As for cooking in the apartment, you have the fully-equipped kitchen to use for all meal times where you will find all the utensils you will need.

Both bedrooms are super cosy and homely, arranged with plenty ofstorage space. In addition to this, there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one without.

Being located in Gràcia offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona. In the apartment building, you will have just a few neighbours, giving you plenty of privacy. For some shopping, you are surrounded by some incredible designer shops. The amazing Cinema Verdi and Teatreneu are just a 2 minute walk away, so you can enjoy great movies in original version and shows whenever you wish. There is a supermarket just a 3 minute walk away for your convenience as well as a plethora of bars and restaurants surrounding. The Fontana metro is just a 7 minute walk away and gives you connections to the rest of the city.

The beautiful neighbourhood of Gràcia can be found at the top of Passeig de Gràcia,just across the Avinguda Diagonal street. It is one of the most charismatic 'barrios' in Barcelona and a distinctive Catalan neighbourhood which reserves a small town ambience, inherited from its history as a town which was independent from Barcelona until the end of the 19th century.... 

Wandering through the small streets of this cosy area, you will find a plethora of charming restaurants, many of which boast fine international cuisine. Gràcia is also home to a collection of locally-owned designer boutiques, as well as a movie theatre showing films in English with subtitles.

Gràcia is popular among young residents and local students, but has managed to avoid many of the tourist crowds. As a result, its nightlife is lively and trendy, and the area is home to some fantastic bars with terraces.

Just to the north of Gràcia is Gaudí's famous Park Güell, from where you can catch some breathtaking views of the Barcelona skyline, including the nearby Sagrada Familia, the twin towers of Vila Olímpica, and the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

This apartment was incredible. So thankful they book 1 night stays because my family and I missed our flight back home & needed a place to stay last minute. We were only there 1 night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! Very big apartment, comfortable, clean, functional, elevator, good wifi, windows open for fresh air, balcony’s so nice, BEDS SO COMFORTABLE! Communication with host was fast and easy! The location is excellent and the metro is literally right downstairs. This place is perfect for a family/friend group!

Wir haben das Apartment für einen Messeaufenthalt unseres internationalen Sales Teams gebucht - und waren begeistert. Die Lage ist hervorragend zentral. Metro-Station ist direkt vor der Haustür. Aber auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Mietfahrrad (empfohlen!) sind alle Punkte in Barcelona bequem und schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat Loft-Charakter. Modern in altem Gebäude. Zur Hauptstraße hin zwei kleine, pitoreske Balkone. Nach hinten Balkon und Fenster zu einem typischen Innenhof. In Laufweite Unmengen kleiner Tapasbars, Reataurants und Kneipen. Im Gegensatz zur nahegelegenen Oldtown und La Rambla ist dieses Viertel sicherlich weniger touristisch. Hafen und Strand ebenfalls in Lauf-, Fahrrad-, bzw. Metro-Reichweite. Taxi sowieso. Messe Gelände Fira Gran Via ist hervorragend und schnell erreichbar. Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, dennoch klug und vollkommen aussreichend: AC, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, zwei Bäder, bequeme Betten. Die vorzugweise volldigitalen Schlüssel (App) funktionieren wunderbar. Einzig die Email-Zuteilung an die verschiedenen Bewohner war ein wenig "eckig". Durch Nachtelefonieren konnte das geregelt werden. Eva&Jack antworten blitzschnell, umfassend und sympatisch. Vorbildlich! Man fühlt sich jederzeit aufgehoben. Fazit: Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
