Here you have at your disposal a sofa and a TV. In addition, if you are a music lover, you can enjoy playing the old upright piano available (upon request, you must ask for the key to unlock it). You will also find a colorful reading corner, perfect for relaxing after a long day at work.
In the fully equipped kitchen, in addition to the cooking utensils, you will find an oven, microwave, pots and pans, as well as a kettle, a coffee maker, and a juicer to start the day with a good breakfast. There is also a dining table that creates a perfect space to enjoy pleasant moments with your guests.
The main bedroom has a double bed with plenty of space to store your belongings. The second bedroom, like the first, has a double bed, a wardrobe, and natural light.
The property has two bathrooms, complete with shower and bathtub. In addition, there is a room equipped with a washing machine and other household items.

Nearby you will also find Poblenou Park and Parc de les Glòries, ideal for peaceful walks as a couple and to experience the area’s unique atmosphere.

If you wish to rent an apartment for a temporary period between 1 and 11 months, you can make your pre-reservation through our website. To do so, you must pay the indicated amount when selecting the dates of your stay.
To confirm your reservation, it will be necessary to send us the required documentation, which will not only justify your ability to pay but also the reason for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Important: our apartments are exclusively intended for temporary rentals, with clearly defined start and end dates. The stay cannot be extended beyond 11 months.

Poblenou is Catalan for 'New Village', and is situated with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Historically, the area was one of the main industrial zones of the city, however today, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments, including the neighbourhoods of Vila Olímpica, where the athletes competing in the 1992 Olympics resided, and Diagonal Mar. The increase in new facilities alongside the town's proximity to the Barcelona beaches and excellent public transportation services, has brought many artists and young professionals to the Poblenou.
Rambla de Poblenou is the main avenue in the neighbourhood and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city centre. It has a great ambience and is home to many fantastic bars, cafés and restaurants.
The great esplanade of El Fòrum is located right near Poblenou, though technically in the Diagonal Mar area. This area is the site of many concerts, congresses and festivals in Barcelona, creating a lively, cultural atmosphere. Choosing an apartment in Poblenou will leave you connected by metro, bus, and tram to all other parts of the city and within walking distance from some of the best beaches in the city.
