The open living-diner has lots of natural light from the balcony, and feels very spacious. The décor is rustic yet modern, as the the building has been remodelled from an old factory. You have the sofa & television to use to relax. Next to this space, you will find the dining table with chairs, for you and your guests to use at meal times.
As for cooking in the apartment, you have the modern,fully-equipped kitchen to use for all meal times. Here you can find an oven, kettle, and coffee machine, as well as an toaster, blender and pots and pans to cook with your guests. There is also a dishwasher in the apartment.
The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a single bed that looks like a day bed. Both bedrooms have storage space for guests´ items, as well as a desk. In addition to this, there is a bathroom complete with shower.
Being located in Poble Nou offers a great location for your stay in Barcelona. Bogatell Beach is just a 9-minute´s walk from the apartment, which is lined with many excellent beach bars & restaurants. For some shopping, you are just 17-minute´s walk from the Glòries Shopping Centre, and for food shopping there is a supermarket only 3-minute´s walk from the apartment. From here you are well connected to the rest of the city, with the metro station only 7-minute walk away.

Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Poblenou is Catalan for 'New Village', and is situated with the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella on the other. Historically, the area was one of the main industrial zones of the city, however today, Poblenou is surrounded by many new developments, including the neighbourhoods of Vila Olímpica, where the athletes competing in the 1992 Olympics resided, and Diagonal Mar. The increase in new facilities alongside the town's proximity to the Barcelona beaches and excellent public transportation services, has brought many artists and young professionals to the Poblenou....
Rambla de Poblenou is the main avenue in the neighbourhood and it is said to be a more authentic alternative to the Ramblas you will find in the city centre. It has a great ambience and is home to many fantastic bars, cafés and restaurants.
The great esplanade of El Fòrum is located right near Poblenou, though technically in the Diagonal Mar area. This area is the site of many concerts, congresses and festivals in Barcelona, creating a lively, cultural atmosphere.
