Description

This spacious apartment with a private swimming pool is located in the fabulous Les Corts District.The Les Corts district is home to many historic and picturesque locations and hosts some of the best restaurants in the city. The apartment has everything you need to truly feel at home during your holiday in Barcelona.

The living area is perfect for bigger groups to relax in. It has a large comfortable sofa as well as a desk and chair for you to work at, and a large TV to watch your favourite shows and movies. This beautiful living area is brightly lit by the large sliding doors, opening up to your incredible swimming pool (6x2m) and private terrace.

You will find that the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. You can cook whenever you like with all the essential utensils provided for you.

All of the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and storage space so that you can make yourself at home. Each bedroom also has nice windows and bright decorations so that you can enjoy a light space. There are also 3 bathrooms in the apartment: one with a bath & shower, one with a shower and one with just a toilet.

Les Corts is an important financial business district in Barcelona and is home to many special bars and restaurants. From your apartment you are just a 2 minute walk from various cafes, restaurants and bars. You will also find you are just a 4 minute walk from the Plaça del Sol de Baix, a park where you can enjoy some green peace and tranquillity. The famous Camp Nou stadium is also just a 17 minute walk from your apartment. If you love to shop, you are literally just an 11 minute walk from the incredible L’illa Diagonal where you will find popular shops, boutiques and restaurants!

NOTE: To ensure the optimal quality of the pool, a specialized company will attend the apartment on a weekly basis to perform the necessary maintenance.

BEFORE BOOKING: We recommend visiting the apartment so that you can appreciate it in person. Although the dimensions are clearly indicated in the ad, the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens to better showcase the space, which may make it appear larger. Additionally, please note that the apartment has been enjoyed by several guests, so it may show some signs of normal wear and tear over time.

Les Corts is a quiet district situated in the northeast of Barcelona. The area is mainly residential, although there are numerous office buildings and prestigious education centres to be found here, too.

On Avinguda Diagonal, one of the main commercial veins of Barcelona, you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and places to shop, including the complexes, L'Illa Diagonal and El Corte Inglés.

One of the biggest attractions of Les Corts is the Camp Nou, home to FC Barcelona. This massive stadium is a must-see when in Barcelona, whether you decide to head to an exciting match during the football season or take a tour of the Museu del Barça, the most visited museum in the city.
